17th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Booked a viewing with Nyasha Mauchaza for yesterday at 16:45pm, and we confirmed this in the morning. During my work day, Nyasha texted to tell me she had double booked the viewing and I had to come earlier. She was very passive aggressive and rude about it. There was no apology or acknowledgement of her own mistake or the massive inconvenience this was for me as I work quite far away from the house and had planned my day around that specific time. I got an uber to get to the property and she didn't bother showing up or contacting me. I've also just seen her name pop up negatively in some reviews and that doesn't surprise me. If this is the caliber of staff at blundells, then the company is full of people with bad character and zero professionalism.

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)We’ve had such an exceptional experience with Redbrik from start to finish and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Jen Hitchman was brilliant at the very beginning of our journey, she valued our home with confidence, really believed in it and gave us the reassurance we needed to get started. That initial support meant a lot and set the tone for everything that followed. Louise Jones then went above and beyond throughout the sales process. We were in a long and complex chain with delays, a slow solicitor at the bottom, and some unresponsive agents along the way but Louise was absolutely brilliant & kept things moving. She was proactive, organised, and consistently chasing, coordinating, and pushing things forward when it felt like nothing was happening. What really stood out was her calm, reassuring approach. During some very stressful moments, being able to pick up the phone and speak to someone so friendly, steady, and genuinely invested made all the difference. I truly don’t think our exchange would have happened without her. We dealt with a number of estate agents during this process, and Redbrik stood out as exceptional by a long way. We’re so grateful to Jen, Louise & the whole Redbrik team- thank you for everything.
16th Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)This is the second time we have used Bloor; we didn't use them last time, but we did use them the time before that (read between the lines about the last one...). Same as the first time - competitively priced, sensible valuation, and quick to find us a buyer. We went on the market, got the asking price, and completed within 10 weeks. Neal, Joanne and Rachel are all very professional, very helpful and bent over backwards when we needed them to. Cannot recommend highly enough - we probably won't move again, but if we did, I wouldn't hesitate to use Bloors again.

We decided to use Shaz to sell our house after losing out on a purchase where he was the agent because of how well he came across. He subsequently assisted us by advising on how best to improve our property before sale before we had agreed to use EweMove. During our sale process a bid we had accepted dropped out, and so we had to go back to market, and we also had two house purchases fall through after survey meaning our new buyer was required to hold on while we secured another property. During this whole process Shaz helped us on the buy side with calibrating our offers and adjustments including following challenging survey findings, and on the sell side managed the marketing and buyer side brilliantly to ensure we secured a reliable buyer at the price we wanted and our ultimate buyer remained engaged despite considerable delay given our two collapsed purchases. I don’t believe moving into the property we are now in would have been possible without Shazs assistance.
17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We entrusted Lewis with handling viewings of our home while we were away on holiday, and had an offer agreed before we returned from our travels. What followed was a long and complex chain, full of challenges and more twists than a soap opera. There were several points where it genuinely felt like everything might fall apart, and I truly believe that without Lewis’s persistence and dedication in the end, the sale would have collapsed at the final stage—wasting months of time, money and effort for everyone involved. Lewis went above and beyond to ensure our sale progressed, even when the other agents in the chain were unhelpful and ineffective with acting on issues at their end—which, in fact, were the root cause of the delays and potential chain collapse. He took it upon himself to chase and manage those parts of the chain, (despite not representing those clients), simply to keep everything moving and ensure we could exchange and complete on time. He is incredibly hardworking and clearly passionate about what he does. We received emails as early as 5am and had calls and updates well into evenings, showing just how committed he was to getting everything over the line—even at his own expense. Thank you again Lewis, for your dedication and perseverance. We know this wasn’t an easy one for you, and we’re truly grateful for all the effort you put into securing our sale.
