From the bottom of our hearts — truly grateful to the whole team<br><br>Evans Bros Estate Agents haven’t just helped us move house — they’ve helped us begin our retirement, and for that we will be forever thankful. The whole journey was flawless from the very first day right through to us walking through the door of our new home.<br><br>We owe so much to every single member of the Evans Bros team who was involved in our purchase — you were all absolutely wonderful. And we must give the biggest thanks to Angharad in particular, who was our absolute rock throughout.<br><br>When our first sale fell through, we were heartbroken — but Angharad and the team never gave up on us. She spoke tirelessly with the sellers, fought our corner, and secured us a precious two?week extension before they would have put the house back on the market. That little bit of time made all the difference — we found a buyer in just 12 days, and still completed on our new home exactly as we’d hoped.<br><br>Everyone worked together so brilliantly — liaising between us, the sellers, and all the solicitors with such care, patience and determination, pushing everything through smoothly when it felt like things could have fallen apart.<br><br>Because of all of you at Evans Bros, we are now happily settled in our new home — ready to put our feet up, enjoy our retirement, and start the lovely job of making this place our own.
