I have dealt with Fresh and its professional team for three and a half years and have provided my grateful and very positive feedback of the high standard of Fresh Business. This time, I would like to review Mr Rob Chipp, my personal property manager. Personal Property Manager is a very well established feature of Fresh Business which has been most useful and beneficial for me and my property. Rob has been managing my property for the last 18 months and his high standard and professionalism shines through his work. Rob has proved to me that my flat and its occupants are in genuinely caring hands. Rob has the ability to assess every situation very objectively as well as see the issue from my own personal view point. He always tries to step into my shoes and provide the most favorable solution. Throughout these months he took every opportunity to learn what my expectations and priorities are. He never stops learning and listening to whatever I have to raise, because successful property management is based on the relationship of trust and impeccable communication. He always goes far and beyond his job description and does everything to bring about the outcome that is favorable to me and the tenants. I know that things will not always be easy or plain sailing and sometimes finding the suitable solution involves prolonged discussion and communication, which is never a stumbling block for Rob. I know that I can fully trust him and his thinking. I know that it may take some time but he will do everything to support me. He is never tired of communicating and explaining. Rob always replies immediately when there is an urgent issue. If his reply is not immediate, I know that he needs to research and get back to me. He knows exactly what is best for me, and I fully trust his opinion, he negotiates on my behalf with different contractors and never gives me an unverified answer. His reply is always based on evidence, feedback and experience. He has volumes of experience, but never imposes his knowledge or patronizes, he is very humble, compassionate with the ability to feel another's difficulties. He has no preconceptions but accepts my suggestions with open arms and mind and often brings it into action . The knowledge that I can trust him has brought me great relief in knowing that Rob's advice is something I can rely on and learn from and don't need to double check it again independently. I have learnt that I can approach Rob with any trivial or major issue and he will not let me, my property or my tenants down. After these 18 months of Rob being my personal property manager I came to understand that the successful outcome is deeply rooted in Rob's ability to listen, understand and provide adequate response; he never gives default answers, false or inflated promises. No issue is too small or too big for Rob, and for me, I know that the road which is paved with trust will always deliver the best outcome for the tenants, property and myself.

We rent a house with Fresh. House is fine but we get harassed daily for bills which seem to belong to previous occupiers. I've been in touch several times with Fresh about this but whilst they say they have tried to get it resolved we still get daily calls, text messages and emails threatening to take us to court, and to affect our credit rating etc. When I reported the problem I was told by Fresh that I am being sarcastic. I have advised I may have to withhold the rent as I'm just desperate to get them to take this matter seriously. When I recently highlighted some problems with the property they have told me that it's not in their interest to do them as I've advised I may have to withhold the rent. Shame really, lovely house but it appears Fresh are not clued up on getting this kind of problem rectified.
