From start to finish Kelly was excellent kept me well informed on what was going on and if she wasn’t available the onther members of staff were on hand and they didn’t know they would take time to find out. Thank you all involved with the purchase of my new home.

Both Michelle and Gregg are amazing and I can’t fault the service received from them. Michelle makes you feel so welcome whenever you speak with her and makes you feel so comfortable too. Easiest yes to go with Dawsons after all the other valuations I had with other estate agents left me feeling overwhelmed - it couldn’t have been an easier process. Accurate Valuation, house was up on the market a week later and sold within 4 working days of it going live. it’s been a breath of fresh air and so much easier than I thought . Thank you all so much x

1st Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Our Experience with Property Plus We initially invited four local estate agents to value our property in Tonypandy. Having done our own due diligence, we already had a good idea of its market value. When the representative from Property Plus came to assess the property, she confidently claimed she could achieve a higher price and mentioned she had years of experience as a former surveyor. On that basis, we decided to give them a chance and proceeded on a sole agency agreement. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were left with the impression that she was largely winging it. We received very few updates — no proactive phone calls after the limited number of viewings, and little to no genuine feedback from potential buyers. Most communication came via the occasional text or email, and overall the process felt very “hands off.” Any meaningful updates required us to visit the office in person, which, to be fair, was a much better experience and more in line with what we’d expected from the start. In summary, we felt trapped in a poor sole agency agreement and that the three-month term was largely wasted due to a lack of communication, feedback, and follow-up.
19th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)If your rental contract lists Mulligan Property Limited, back out immediately.<br><br>The White and Jones team themselves are mostly good, but they work with at least one awful landlord. I'd happily buy a property here, but the rental experience was constant stress and nagging to get the landlord to fix the house.<br><br>Note for the W&J property manager - a fire alarm fault light (not a main alarm) is an issue for repair ASAP. Please do not put off an issue of that severity with temporary patches for your other tennants. If the landlord is not allowing you to repair a fire alarm, you should not work with that landlord.

20th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)When I decided to sell my house, I had a few quotes from local agents. Andy at Moving You and his team were by far the front runners. He was professional, approachable and no question was too much. From start to finish the process was seamless and user friendly. There was nothing hidden everything was clearly communicated with you. If I hadn't moved from the area I would definitely use Andy again and wouldn't hesitate to recommended him to anyone else.
