10th Jul 2026 (24 days ago)My home finally completed sale after quite a long process with initial buyers stepping out and new buyer stepping forward. I had moved overseas while this happened, and greatly relied on JJ Morris to keep the process moving along. I strongly recommend for in depth knowledge of the local area, and patience for following all necessary avenues.

30th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.

Jo and Charlotte plus others along the way have been amazing in helping me navigate the whole process. I trusted them from the beginning to get it right and they did not disappoint, finding us the perfect tenants. They are very professional, offer lots of helpful advice and have kept me right regarding updating safety certificates and maintenance issues. One year later and our tenants want to stay, so credit to you Preseli!<br>Thank you for all you do.

They offered sound advice and communicated extremely well. They were quick to respond to any queries and to give feedback from viewings. We would definitely recommend.

They found us a buyer before the house actually went on the market and the process from then on was smooth and efficient, I would thoroughly recommend them
