22nd May 2025 (1 year ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
14th Mar 2026 (13 weeks ago)I liked their enthusiasm and keeness I attended a lot of the viewings and valued the feedback I got but its worth mentioning some people arent a good fit for your property and its important to keep your faith in attracting the right buyer
14th Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

21st May 2026 (22 days ago)I noticed a property for sale but it had sitting tenants. I have fond out the the landlord has supposedly accepted a lower offer. The offer i made was higher than the asking price. Amy (exceptionally rude would not shut up talking over me all the time) I asked had she put the offer to the landlord she said she had spoken to the tenants (what right had she to do that) she also said she had spoken to the landlord and put the higher offer to him (how do I know that she did this) why would a landlord not accept a higher offer of £15000? I know my house is going on the market next week (if the person has only been in the property for 7 years the landlord needs to give 8 weeks notice and he can give as much notice as he wants. The agents will not give the landlord's address but this is available via the land registry service which i shall use to obtain the information this is the only way I can verify if the estate agents have put my offer to the landlord- 28th May 2026 (15 days ago)Called to sell a property on 25/5. Was met with an incredibly arrogant and flippant employee called Alex. Was quoted a fixed fee of £3500 + vat to sell a property worth £80k. A 5% fee. Insane. I walked away.

Faye handled all of the viewings professionally and made everything run smoothly. Daisy and Ffion in the office were always very helpful, friendly, and quick to assist with any questions or updates. The whole team provided a professional and approachable service, and we would highly recommend JJ Morris to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Personable, no bs, super friendly and reassuring. They were able to reach a large audience. The only thing we would prefer is if they used all online platforms as at the moment they don't seem to use Rightmove.

30th May 2026 (13 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

29th Jan 2026 (19 weeks ago)Had a viewing, Jonathan turned up an hour late. Made a close to asking price offer. Poor communication from Jonathan. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
