22nd May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Be very careful when purchasing a property and you get a last minute call to say there is a higher offer if you can beat it its yours. And on the other foot will try and knock the price of your property down to get a sale. Nice and smooth to your face but trust is so important in business and I would never trust him again. You should have my details on record as I dealt with you several times on behalf of my parents. Unfortunately they were very trusting and didnt want to make a fuss. Now they have passed away it is important to others that I share this review to help them.
9th Oct 2025 (25 weeks ago)Very professional from start to finish, valuation was spot on for the area and marketing photos, content etc, excellent. House sold within 6 weeks. Very quick response to potential buyers enquiries, gave me updates etc, all the staff were very friendly, helpful and experienced in their field. Price/fees were on par or better than other local agents and they accompanied all potential buyer visits, feedback was comprehensive from the viewings and was very quick i.e. within hours of viewings. When we accepted an offer a letter of sale confirmation was received within 24 hours and they contacted both parties solicitors to get proceedings started. Overall using Mallard to market my property was a very easy and quick process at a competitive price with all departments being professional, friendly and experienced, would highly recommend Mallards.
14th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)I liked their enthusiasm and keeness I attended a lot of the viewings and valued the feedback I got but its worth mentioning some people arent a good fit for your property and its important to keep your faith in attracting the right buyer
14th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)The house was in immaculate condition, realistically priced despite over-valuation and it sold itself in a very short timescale. Therefore the agents charges, although lower than other agents’, did not reflect their effort.

20th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Not impressed they put people working before people on benefits tell you if your on benefits you can't afford the property even though you will get housing benefit and iv noticed on quite a few reviews on here they blame the landlords for everything half the reviews on here are probably from people they know or friends with them im glad im not renting from them- 6th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)The staff were very helpful and supportive. He was attentive throughout the process, helpful when there was challenges, available and contactable. He helped make a process that may normally be stressful into something far more straightforward. A week or so of us chasing and him saying he hasn’t got an answer yet. And then nothing. Ignoring our calls and texts. Completely rude and unprofessional. Avoid this man! Looks like he’s had many companies in the past. Hiding something or just completely unfit as an estate agent
