4th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Antony was very friendly when I went to view the house. Gave all information. I was very impressed by Antony.
13th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Our experience especially with Claire’s fantastic help was very good.
9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)On the whole gut but annoying pointing those up when we didn't want to accept anything under the Asgard price but we were told they had to do it by law
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Couldn't have asked for better service from James and all the staff at JJ Morris with buying our property. From the first viewing to exchanging contracts, they have helped to make the whole process very smooth, stress free and quick (8 weeks from offer to exchange). I would highly recommend JJ Morris and their team.
16th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)We received excellent service from the Milford Haven team, from the first meeting with Chloe to sign up, through the viewings and to the final sale and handover with Shannon. We were promptly and well informed during the whole process. Having experienced several previous property sales and purchases, our experience with the John Francis team has been the best. Thanks to all the team but especially to Shannon who was outstanding.
23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Excellent service from Brett Properties. Would highly recommend them for either a sale or purchase of your property.
13th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Leanne was extremely helpful regarding the property we viewed on Friday. She was very knowledgeable about the area. We have dealt with FBM over many years and have no hesitation in recommending them.
17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.
3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Not far enough along this process to evaluate. I appreciate the blurb they had written for my house.
1st Nov 2026 (0 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.
28th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Absolutely brilliant estate agents, Sean was especially helpful and was able to answer all my questions quickly.
15th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)I cannot recommend Katie enough. She is a true professional who knows her market well and was so helpful when we were searching for a new home recently. Whilst we didn’t buy a property through FBM in the end, I have to say that her experience in the property market, together with her engaging personality, makes her stand out from other estate agents.- 20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)We had a fantastic experience with Jasmine Miller and couldn’t be happier with the service she provided. From enquiring about the property to viewing it and successfully securing our new home, everything happened in just one day! Jasmine made the whole process smooth, straightforward, and stress-free.

As a family looking for a new home, finding the right property was really important to us, and Jasmine was incredibly helpful, friendly, professional, and responsive throughout. She kept us informed, answered our questions, and guided us through each step of the process with such a positive and welcoming attitude. We genuinely appreciated how efficiently she handled everything and how much she helped make the experience such a positive one.

It was clear that Jasmine genuinely cares about helping people find a place they can call home. We are so grateful for her support, and thanks to her, we were able to secure our new home much quicker than we expected!

Jasmine is a real credit to the team, and we hope she knows how much her efforts are appreciated. She deserves recognition for her excellent customer service, and we wish her every success in her career and with her upcoming promotion. We would absolutely recommend Jasmine to anyone looking for a property!

Thank you so much, Jasmine, for helping us find our new home! ????????
