2nd Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)I don't feel they really put any effort into trying to sell our property. The quality of the pictures and listing was not up to scratch. We had to chase for information a lot. I regret choosing them.

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. Very pleased.

Have to say that the guy did not come across as being very helpful and unlikely to use their services in going forwards and will take my business elsewhere.
26th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Andrew, Gemma, Adam and the rest of the team at Haart Stevenage that have helped me & my Wife sell our house have been superb from start to finish. From keeping me up to date with what is going on with the sale, solicitors to answering any and all questions I have had. Cannot recommend them enough, if I had to do this all again I would 100% pick Haart!
16th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Norgans have great knowledge of the Hitchin property market and whilst their valuation was markedly different from the other agents we approached , their valuation proved to be far more realistic . Excellent communication throughout the process despite deteriorating market conditions and a house close to the railway line that put off several viewers

He was efficient, flexible with what worked for our home life/ work schedule and a very stress free selling process and sold our home within one day of viewings - highly recommend.

6th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

2nd Sep 2024 (2 years ago)Very poor communication. Had to chase repeatedly to find out what was happening. Paid for the premium package and had hosted viewings all contracted out to an agency. Different agent almost every time turning up minutes before the viewer. No knowledge of the property and poor follow ups for feedback. After 3 months without a sale went to another agent and sold within a week. Definitely do NOT recommend Purplebricks, they take your money then have no incentive to make sure you get a sale. Avoid and pay the extra money for a proper estate agent rather than pay twice like we did.
20th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
31st Aug 2026 (28 days ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
