26th May 2026 (23 days ago)Avoid. If you wish to purchase, the agency is at the service of the seller, never the buyer. All financial shenanigans are permitted to satisfy the seller. They rent out flats with photos that are 10 years old! The rentals are in terrible condition, with high rents and minimal maintenance. The deposit is often reduced, allowing the landlord to make an additional profit. Update: Sadly, I was a customer. Update: I have recovered my deposit, which you were wrongly holding back, via myDeposits.

Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services. we can recommend Jamie highly for his professionalism and attitude for a smooth conclusion of a property purchase S P and BF- This agent doesn't have any reviews

13th Jun 2026 (5 days ago)Want to know what an excellent village-based estate agent looks like? Look no further than Austin & Wyatt in Lyndhurst High Street. They have been here a very long time and are now a fundamental part of the village ‘backbone’. Their amazing branch manager, Sarah, has a fantastic team - everyone is friendly, supportive, customer-focused and efficient and always willing to help in whatever way they can. They have the full suite of property services under one roof – property valuations, sales, lettings, mortgages - and their mortgage broker, Jayne, is a complete genius! In my particular case, Austin & Wyatt at Lyndhurst have been outstanding – they have provided me with so much assistance regarding my property and all the wider issues – I just can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done. Sarah and your team, you are simply wonderful – thank you!
4th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

From first contact with Monica through to completion with Karen, they have been attentive, genuine, extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is no doubt in our minds that we have ended up with a home we love thanks to their professional care. I strongly recommend using Pearsons- they will go above and beyond for you.
28th May 2026 (21 days ago)Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

9th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)We have had a very positive experience- 19th Jun 2020 (5 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Charters Estate Agents had to put up with a lot from an extremely stressed me - not all to do with the purchase so it made it more difficult for them - and although this purchase definitely went slower than perhaps it should have, they contacted me with updates and I know for a fact pushed things along with the vendor, who also helped as much as he could, that definitely helped the process - I have nothing but thanks and praise for Paul Mason, Tom Harper, Alex Porter and especially the Sales Progression Assistant Sohniya Bhatti who put up with a lot of repeated requests and whinging from me. I am not normally like this and I spent so long apologising and then going back and moaning I am amazed at their patience and understanding - I even sent them pictures of paintings I had done - I'm surprised they didn't get me certified. Honestly they had more patience than I deserved and the process was only slowed by a few extra weeks which was not in their control but they still tried to sort out. I recommend them.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
