No proper feedback on viewings and when requested a price decrease on line it wasn’t actioned on the first request then actioned on the second but got the price wrong. Not a great start

16th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Appalling service. We signed up with these awful agents for 20 weeks! What a nightmare . Sam over priced our home but we went with what he suggested. Weeks on with no viewings I called him, I emailed him, I left messages with staff. At one time I called and was told Sam and his manager were out delivering leaflets! That’s the type of rubbish they tell you!( or it could be true!) We wanted our price lowered as they valued it too high. They ignored our requests completely. They are appalling. I even left a message to tell them what a discussing service they were. Not one person called back to at least try to talk it through! We are planning on selling and will be back on the market when the time is right and we have already found our agent to market our home. She’s completely different to Sam from fox and sons. No bull. Just plain talking. I say be very careful if you sign a contract with these awful estate agents. They will ignore you. Appalling service from Sam and Millie.However, on the flip of the coin I would like to thank them whole heartedly as now I have learnt a very hard lesson as to not get sucked into the bull that falls out of some peoples mouths.
19th Apr 2024 (1 day ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.

27th Mar 2024 (24 days ago)In the past few months, I tried to buy a property through an agent. I sent many emails but got no replies. When I called, they always said the property was already sold. Even when I saw a listing on Rightmove and called them, they said I couldn't view it and would have to wait over two weeks. This hasn't just been my experience, but also that of my friends. They say the staff are not helpful, especially with arranging viewings. It seems they don't want buyers to see properties, and it takes too long to schedule a viewing. This service is not acceptable, and I can't recommend the company.

Viewers even before we went online, offers within the first week, superb negotiation, even better negotiation after the results of the buyers survey (!). Great after sale care. Excellent value for money- saved us many thousands during the renegotiations in fact. Put our needs first. Cannot recommend highly enough. 10/10

Keith has always given great service and his professionalism has meant the process has been smooth and any problems were dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend.

They are very good communicators, and have responded to any issues that have arisen promptly and effectively. Would highly recommend to any tenant looking to rent in the local area to use Tom and the team at Pococks.

13th Dec 2023 (18 weeks ago)Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.
19th Jun 2020 (3 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts
