17th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)From start to finish the service they provided was first class. The house we sold was a probate property and I live 100miles away so needed an agent I could trust. Richard led the sale and went above and beyond to help us through an emotional few months. We were guided through every stage with sound advice and expert knowledge . We were given updates after each viewing and I found I could ring any of the team with any issue and know that my query was dealt with promptly . When the chain broke a week before exchange the whole office went above and beyond to get the house back on the market and we had 2 viewings booked within 24hrs. Every step of the way they provided first class support. I have no hesitation in recommending them to sell or buy a property and am so glad I chose them . Thankyou to everyone in the team

My buying process wasn't straight forward but she was always on hand to answer questions and reassure me. This is especially great as a first time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming but Ali was amazing every step of the way! 10/10 would recommend to anyone currently looking to buy.

21st Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a viewing arranged with Jared last week, and we couldn’t have been more impressed with his service.<br><br>Jared went above and beyond to accommodate us, booking the viewing outside of normal working hours and, when we got stuck in traffic, kindly waited for us on a Friday evening. He then spent a great deal of time at the property with us, never making us feel rushed.<br><br>He was friendly, informative and, most importantly, very honest and transparent, which we really appreciated. He explained lots about the property and the process involved and was incredibly helpful throughout.<br><br>Jared is a real credit to the team and is a great example of excellent customer service. Thank you again, Jared!

However, communication between exchange and completion was very stressful and difficult as I appeared to do all the chasing to finalise the property sale.

Everyone has been friendly, professional and helpful throughout the whole process.<br><br>A special thank you to Debbie in lettings and Jemma in sales, who were both fantastic and made everything feel so much easier. They were always happy to help, kept us informed and provided great support from start to finish.<br><br>We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to rent or buy a property. 19th Jun 2020 (6 years ago)Terrible service, from people who are not attentive and do not care. had to sell the house privately and then then went legal for a fee they did not earn, as they had taken the house off rightmove etc and did not keep in contact with the buyer, lawyers or anyone. Lesson is to read the fine details of estate agents contracts

He kept in regular communication with updates and provided reassurance at each stage. As first time buyers, it was reassuring to have Tom's patience and understanding and he took the time to explain the process as we went through it. Would recommend. Thanks, Tom!

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. They called without leaving a voicemail, including early morning at 8 am on Saturday and again on Monday morning, not helpful whwn i am on holiday. simply to ask whether I wanted to sell my house and look for another property. This felt highly inappropriate.<br><br>Ryan was unhelpful and wouldn’t confirm that my number would be removed from the call list. Overall, a frustrating and unprofessional experience.
