9th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)Our property was on the market with a local agent and had not sold for 3 months - Chloe Crozier from Hawks knocked on our door, as she saw the for sale board. She persuaded us to go multi-agency and had viewers booked in by the following week - one of those viewers ended up offering less than what we required, however Chloe managed to negotiate the offer up to our required threshold. Exchange & completion scheduled for 16th June - cannot thank Chloe enough for delivering for us! Highly recommend this company.

23rd Jul 2024 (2 years ago)George Lewis and Gareth Davies have been going far and beyond as estate agents. They might not be very visible at first but they did their best to resolve our major flat issues. We didn’t have any problems communicating with them and their lines are always open. Thank you very much!
29th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)The company is horrible. They are not interested in anything. They are very unprofessional, not responding to emails or phones. They are not refunding a deposit and finding unrealistic excuses not to refund the deposit. I won't recommend anyone to work for the company. Very very bad experience.

27th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Agency was great throughout our tenancy in terms of communication and maintenance. The issues I had were after we moved out when it came to our deposit. They flipped my mattress to find an old stain which they then tried to charge me for. The mattress had not been flipped before I moved in or during my tenancy so I was able to dispute this. I am a young professional and the flat was in excellent condition when we left. It needed a professional clean which I was happy to pay for. Our tenancy was for 2 years and there was a small amount of expected wear and tear (eg. a few unnoticeable marks on the walls). The agency said they needed to repaint the entire flat and took this out of our deposit. I have rented with a number of letting agents whilst living in Manchester and they were the only one who took a significant portion of my deposit.

9th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)Timour at Kingworths was more than helpful back in 2024 when selling our commercial property in Ealing Broadway. The communication was amazing throughout and he went above and beyond to make sure all the ducks were lined up and timeframes were achieved all around. Good Solicitors on both sides also a huge plus. In fact Timour did such a good job we used him again when recently selling our residential property on Gunnersbury Lane. Timour gave as much detail to getting the job done as the previous sale. Well done & thank you! Highly recommend using them and good luck!

18th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
