20th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Positives: friendly, efficient, reasonable fee, communication during the process was clear and helpful. Negative: I felt a bit pestered after my initial enquiry, with almost weekly enquiries as to whether I was going to progress with the sale. I still instructed them though due to their local link. In addition to obtaining their valuation it's worth doing your own local research on house values without being greedy and unrealistic as the estate agents may have different priorities to you.

1st Nov 2026 (2 days ago)99h did not stop advertising my home after the contract ended, which meant that I was unable to respond to any enquiries received, which would have harmed my reputation as a seller. 99h did not always approve details/changes within 48 hours as promised, and resultantly, I missed a boxing day deadline. The staff are very quick to get in touch when selling upgrades or extending contracts, but are very slow to respond to queries. For the sake of £99 it might be worth a try, but keep your expectations low.

He answers calls immediately, follows up on every request and makes sure issues are resolved quickly. Even when something was more related to property management than letting, he still stepped in and handled it without hesitation. His reliability has made our tenancy smooth and stress?free.<br><br>What makes Nazim exceptional is his attitude and the way he treats people. He is polite, respectful, patient and always willing to go the extra mile. He communicates clearly, keeps us updated and never makes us feel rushed or ignored. 18th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Outstanding service from Diamond and the team at Lion Wolf I cannot recommend Lion Wolf highly enough, and in particular I want to recognise Diamond, who was absolutely exceptional throughout the sale of our mother’s property. This was not a straightforward sale. It was a complex probate transaction, involving a number of additional requirements and, ultimately, a lengthy process before we were finally able to complete. Throughout all of this, Diamond remained incredibly professional, patient, proactive and committed to getting the sale over the line. What really stood out was the communication. Diamond was always available when we needed him, answered his phone, returned calls and responded to emails quickly. Even when there were delays and complications outside of his control, he kept us informed, chased the relevant people and continually pushed the transaction forward. We never felt that we were left wondering what was happening. He went far beyond what I would normally expect from an estate agent. He took genuine ownership of the process, kept communication going between the different parties and was always prepared to step in and chase things when progress was slowing down. Selling a family home following a bereavement is never easy, and having someone as professional, approachable and reliable as Diamond handling the sale made a significant difference. He understood the circumstances, dealt with everything sensitively and professionally, and remained completely focused on achieving the completion. Even when the sale became particularly challenging towards the end, Diamond continued to work extremely hard to keep everyone moving in the right direction. His level of commitment and communication throughout the entire process was hugely appreciated by all of us. Diamond is a credit to Lion Wolf. His professionalism, responsiveness, determination and personal approach are exactly what you want from an estate agent, particularly when dealing with a complicated sale.
