We only put the house on the market at the end of September and we are moving out mid January. We would certainly recommend them.

We were constantly informed on where we were with the purchase of our home which was invaluable to us after the huge let down we had with another agent. Would recommend Katy and Strutt & Parker with the utmost confidence.

9th Jan 2025 (22 weeks ago)I like the properties they advertise, especially since I'm looking for rural locations, but the whole experience has been absolutely awful. I have enquired about several properties over the last 1,5 year and they have not responded to a single enquiry, apart from the "someone will contact you shortly" automatic emails. Even recently, I have enquired about a property nearly two months ago. No response. And I look now and it's still available

22nd Apr 2024 (1 year ago)I have been working with Lindsay Johnn for almost a year on the sale of my mother's house. I live in California, and the house was in probate and other agents and lawyers kept telling me how many potential complications I was likely to run into, but when I met Lindsay, instead of worrying me, she reassured me and filled me with confidence! Yes, of course we ran into a couple of problems, but Lindsay always met us with solutions even before she told us what the problem was!???? To say she is cool under fire is an understatement. Her customer service was second to none. As I said, I live in California, and if I emailed her in the evening my time she wouldn't just email me back when she woke up, she would call me the next morning on my way to work! As I said, the house was in probate, so it required a long period of time before exchange of contracts and completion, which required strong negotiation skills on her part, and she got us what we needed! I only met Lindsay once in person, and I only regret that I wasn't able to work more with her in person, as apart from being a wonderful estate agent, she is a lovely person too! If you don't retain Lindsay to buy or sell you a house, you are missing out! Dominic Fergus-Bentall

26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

An honest and extremely helpful discussion on what's involved and how to proceed. Highly recommended as a point of contact and will not hesitate to use should the need arise.

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. 19th Dec 2024 (25 weeks ago)Sarah Garland was the agent and from the very start I had confidence in her. Nothing was too much trouble. I was selling the house on my own and she was very helpful and kind throughout something you don't always find with an Estate Agent.

5th Mar 2025 (14 weeks ago)My sale was complicated ( selling leasehold as freehold) so it was lengthy and in-depth but with the perseverance and dedication of Deborah, Michael and Toby from the Marlborough office we finally got there! I would highly recommend this company.

4th Jun 2025 (8 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

28th May 2025 (15 days ago)I have just sold my house though Fine & Country Wimbledon. Daniel White couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. Despite several hiccups along the way he was always there to smooth things over. I couldn't recommend using them highly enough.
