I can't say I was the easiest of clients following a bad experience we had as a buyer by another local estate agent, so you could say I needed abit more reassurance. Sarah made the process a smooth one and not at any point was I paranoid this might fall through. We received a sales memo 20th October and exchanged today. Great experience and cannot fault them! 4th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We have just bought and sold with Hillier and Wilson. Their local knowledge was a great bonus in getting us into our new home. The whole team were always available to answer questions or deal with chain issues in a quick and positive manner. Carol, in particular, was a major driving force in liaising with solicitors and the rest of the chain to get the whole chain to completion. I would thoroughly recommend them, whether buying or selling.

We were constantly informed on where we were with the purchase of our home which was invaluable to us after the huge let down we had with another agent. 29th Jun 2023 (9 mo. ago)Charters are very experienced at selling their services, but in terms of selling our property, very average. Different viewing assistants each viewing that appeared to have little knowledge of our property or surrounding area.
8th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)Offer accepted on some land, the vendor withdrew from the sale as is their prerogative. The agent chose not to pass the info on for over a week. Unprofessional behaviour.

Although the purchase took a while due to Probate they kept us informed and were helpful and reassuring. Thank you so much.

Ross and his team at Graham and Co made the navigation of our house sale a far less stressful process than we had imagined it would be. They were with us every step of the way, and we really appreciated their "hand holding" for a process that is often billed as one of the most stressful things in life to navigate through. There was no hard sell of their services, they delivered what they said they would, and were always available if we needed extra reassurance or had any questions. We would highly recommend Graham and Co to anyone wanting a professional, honest and hard working estate agent who are a pleasure to deal with at all stages of the sale process.

I wanted to schedule a viewing for the week but only one person was able to show the house who wasn't available at the time we requested. I've made 3 attempts to now contact this individual and they have still not replied or returned my phonecall. Disgusting service. Renting property shouldn't be this hard.
