They are a 10 out of 10 service and go above and beyond what is asked. They are a reassuring constant that we knew we could rely upon when we needed that support and advice. John, the sales manager has been by our side right from the start. He gave us a competitive and fair valuation and listened to our own requirements. John is professional, friendly, positive, caring, accommodating and took extra steps to make sure everything was streamlined. We cannot thank John enough for his hard work with getting us over the line. Many of Austin Hawk's team were involved at some point bringing skills and expertise which made you realise what a special service you are receiving. In the early stages, Alison prepared a brochure which presented the property in a clear but accurate and eye-catching manner. Luke from sales was also such a supportive figure when we asked many questions or needed some direction. Georgia took excellent photography and precise dimensions. She made sure our home was shone in the best light possible to grab the attention of potential buyers. When we had many viewings, it was organised in an efficient way that made sure it didn't interrupt our daily lives too much. When a buyer was found, it was handy to have Austin Hawk as a co-ordinator between us and the buyer. Austin Hawk helped smooth out any issues that had arisen and provided us with extra information on the lead up to moving day of what was happening. We certainly recommend Austin Hawk to anyone and wish the company the best of luck in the future. We will miss you all.

Russell kept me updated with everything going on throughout the process, and was in contact with my solicitor regularly too. I would definitely recommend Kingsley Pike estate agents as they are incredibly reliable and always happy to help with any queries you may have. Thank You for helping to make the sale process of moving an absolute breeze! It’s been much appreciated!

We originally found our first home through Mathers 5 years ago, and we had no doubt about going back to them. Trafford kept us up to date at all times, and we really appreciate his hard work. 20th Apr 2024 (5 days ago)COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. ZERO STARS. Tied in to a one sided 20 week contract (in their favour) & very little interest from buyers or A & H. Total apathy, they are not the local company we all once knew & loved, in our case for over fifty (yes 50) years & used happily in the past to buy & sell property several times. They are part of a national company called SEQUENCE. Phone calls not acted upon or promised call backs not made, false statements ('we have people queuing up to buy houses like yours'). Make sure you negotiate the length of your contract & selling commission percentage if you are brave enough to use them. They are toying with people's dreams & don't seem to give a toss. Neither did their sister company in Weymouth where we are moving to but that's a story for another review.

Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.
3rd Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)Im shocked at the level of lack professionalism disreguard of potential tennents aswell of lack of care. I arranged a viewing for saturday. Its a good job i called up to confirm and check the address. Turns out my viewing had been cancelled as property was gone. No one called me to update me. I would of been standing out side waiting in the rain and no one would of been coming. To add insult to the matter, when asked why i wasnt informed i was told there was 40-50 people viewing, they didnt have time to call so many people. The lack of care and whatever attidtude is some what concerning. So basicaly we dont care about letting you know you been cancelled. Leads me to wounder if they are the same with tennants. If something needs replacing or fixing will they even respond?

Nothing felt like too much to ask as she was always on hand to help even staying late to ensure we could view a property with my long working hours. 12th Apr 2024 (13 days ago)I've spoken to several members of the team whilst renting for over a year now. I am so impressed with how friendly, helpful and dedicated they all are. It really makes a difference knowing you are looked after with any issues being resolved quickly and with obvious care for tenants with them. Although the same can be said for all members of staff I have spoken to, a special mention to Abi (or Abbie!) who I have mainly spoken to. Thank you Wrights Residential Team!
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
30th Jan 2024 (12 weeks ago)After making the tough decision to sell my property, I then had an even more difficult decision to make in choosing which Estate Agent to list with. Through experience, I knew which agents that I definitely did not want to use and this left me with a handful of options to consider. I met with 3 different Estate Agent representatives and I knew immediately after my consultation with Oliver Chandler that I wanted to use them. Not only do they have many years of experience working in the industry, they also valued my input regarding valuation, the 'process' to take in adjusting to the market and most important of all; the urgency to get my property onto the market. My property was listed the next day! Oliver Chandler gave a genuine and personal service that is lacking in most industries these days, particularly the Estate Agent business. They went above and beyond in dealing with all aspects of my house viewings, sale and purchase. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Do yourself and favour and chose Oliver Chandler as your Estate Agent, you will not regret it.

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry
