They’ve kept me updated, answered any questions quickly and made sure everything has kept moving forward. From arranging the initial viewing and having my offer accepted, right through to getting my Worthing Homes approval, the whole process has been incredibly smooth and much quicker than I expected.<br><br>Everyone I’ve dealt with at Whitlocks has been friendly, helpful and genuinely seems to care about getting things progressed.<br><br>A massive thank you to Chris, Christelle and the rest of the team for all their help so far. I’d absolutely recommend Whitlocks to anyone buying or selling in the area!
22nd Apr 2026 (21 weeks ago)Farndells have been brilliant. John Farndell is very direct and honest, which really works for me—though it might not suit everyone. That said, having a realistic and straightforward view is far more helpful in the long run. You may not always like what he says, but it’s factual and truthful. You can choose to ignore the advice, but if you genuinely want to sell, it’s worth listening and taking it on board. I’d definitely recommend using them.

14th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)I can highly recommend the Henry Adams lettings office in Bognor Regis . I spoke with Ryan Gough when enquiring about a rental property I had seen on their website however it had gone. He then spoke to me about similar ones in which I had a few questions about. Even though he was in his first week he found all of the details about the property and responded to all my questions. He went above and beyond to find out if the property’s I was interested would accommodate pets. Very professional.

Isobel Howard deserves a special mention for her personal attention from the time of viewing all the way through to completion. She answered any questions I had, diligently seeking out the answers to any she didn’t know. I was a nervous (first time on my own) buyer and she provided explanations and assurances along the way to get me over the line. She also had a good relationship with the solicitors and seller, so was able to chase up where necessary. If she wasn’t available, like when a wanted an extra viewing, other members of the team stepped in and were equally kind and supportive. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team, but particularly Isobel, who was very client-focused, including being by my side to understand and complete some of the online documents, as the solicitor’s operation was paper-free and consequently, all online.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Angmering

17th Nov 2025 (10 mo. ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

14th Sep 2026 (3 days ago)Jules, Nathan, Ralf and the whole team worked tirelessly to sell my mother's home with multiple viewings right from the start, in stark contrast to a previous agent. These guys are everything you would want from a local agent; knowledgeable, engaging and proactive whilst working very much in a partnership approach. The sale proved to be somewhat challenging but the team maintained a solution-focused approach to everything and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
