His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. George managed to fit us in within a week of our first correspondence and was very professional and thorough, happy to give advice outside of the report on various parts of the property. The report was comprehensive and pointed out many potential issues with the property that would have been missed otherwise. Overall we managed to save £5000 on our property, using George's extensive report to negotiate a better purchase price. Would highly recommend.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
