Any problem any question he was there on the other end of the phone doing his best to sort it for us, he kept things straight and got us to this point. I must of rang more times than I can count and each time he delivered an outstanding service.<br><br>Thank you Zack and hunters we are one happy family :)

28th May 2026 (29 days ago)We cannot thank Laura Phillipson enough for her perseverance, patience and persistence working through a very challenging and protracted sales process to finally bring it to a successful conclusion after 6 months, against odds tbat at times seemed insurmountable. Laura's supportive efforts and her encouragement along the way really helped us at times when we felt like just dropping the whole thing. Without her work it is very unlikely that we would have continued with our sale to the most disorganised buyers in Christendom. Thank you Laura!! We recognise the skills you used and think you have a great career ahead of you - you are certainly a shining star in the branch! Ruby has also always been helpful and we recognise and appreciate her efforts also.
21st May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sold my lovely first home with Your Move. Joe, Charlotte & the team were excellent from start to finish. Real, genuine people who actually care!! They were also the estate agents who I bought my new house from and they helped my solicitors get me in within 6 weeks (just in time for my baby girls arrival!) They were all a huge help at a really stressful time & I couldn't thank them all enough - would totally use them again and reccomend to anyone!

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. F&C proved to be an excellent choice of estate agent. Thank you.

The whole team has been professional, friendly, and always quick to help with anything we’ve needed. A special mention has to go to Debbie, who has been absolutely wonderful throughout. She is warm, approachable, and genuinely cares about making everything as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and her kindness and professionalism really stand out. I have read previous reviews where he has provided a high level of customer service, and I can confirm they are all true. There were a few delays which were out of movenowproperties control, but Jack constantly requested updates from solicitors, made frequent calls to me just to check in and always kept me informed of everything during the process. Jack is a credit to the company and a very nice guy. Thank you.
