With the daily updates from a very helpful Brogan Christlo who also accompanied the potential buyers as we were on holiday, we cannot fault anything with the service we have received. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.

We first met the staff in 2026, after viewing and buying an apartment, and putting family bungalow for sale. Wilbys staff was very helpful, friendly, professional, and welcoming. They helped us with all our enquiries, and given information, and advice.

Thank you to Clair Paxman who knew just how to market the house to the best advantage. She was always friendly and professional, a pleasure to deal with. Thanks also to the office staff. Claire and Arabella worked so hard to keep the process on track and moving along and were unfailingly friendly and helpful whenever I phoned with questions and concerns. 3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)It never turned up to the view in. Making up excuses. I find this very, very disappointing from a letting agency making it harder for people like myself to try and find somewhere to live. And then they refused to turn not to the view and make one excuse after another. I find this very disappointed and very angry I come two and a half hours away on Friday and never turned up. It's one skis after a novel. And I find it very disappointing. When someone's coming nearly two and a half hours away to view a property. I'm very disappointed and very angry and now I've got to look for another letting agency. Never wanted to resolve it.
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)The Property Shop has looked after my properties for 11 years. Lee, Dawn and Steph work very hard with great results - Especially with rents paid so efficiently. I believe that the tenants are looked after so well because of TPS professional standards. TPS sold properties for me - again, I trust Lee completely and he puts himself ‘out’ to get the job done. I recommend TPS, wholeheartedly.

The whole team were professional, friendly and incredibly supportive throughout what can often be a stressful process. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and quick responses to any questions we had. We always felt informed and reassured, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Their marketing of our property was first class, with fantastic photographs and great exposure that really helped generate interest. What really stood out was the personal approach. We genuinely felt that the team cared about achieving the best outcome for us and went above and beyond to make the sale as smooth as possible. 15th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Initially good to deal with. Purchased a new home through them and found them pleasant. However, things have gone downhill after we found that the new home we purchased was not mortgageable. Have told us that they have nothing to do with the deposit we paid even though they sent the e-mail with bank details on. Would not recommend as at the first sign of a problem they have disappeared and washed their hands of us.

He kept me updated throughout the whole process, was quick to answer any questions, and made everything feel so much less stressful. We got on so well that it genuinely felt like dealing with a friend rather than just an estate agent.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and I always felt like I was in safe hands. His professionalism, communication, and support were second to none.<br><br>A huge thank you to Steve and everyone at Red Roots for all your hard work. 31st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I have never sold a house before so this was new to me. I did not intend to be selling a house but due to unforseen circumstances I had no choice. The stress I though I would go through to my surprise did not happen. These guys did exactly what I asked them to do and from then I did not have to do anything apart from get a solictor involved whne it was sold. No harassing phone calls there comunication was clear and if I had any questions on what I needed to do they supported me with them.<br>If I am ever looking to buy or sell in the future within this area I will definatly be using McArthur Estate Agency.<br><br>I would like to say a big thank you to the whole team.<br><br>Thank you

She kept me informed throughout the whole process, was always professional, friendly, and happy to help with any questions I had.<br><br>Buying a house can be stressful, but Suzanne made everything as smooth as possible with her excellent communication and support.
