Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

29th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)We have been using Northwood to rent our property since 2013. We lived abroad from 2013-2015. They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

10th Aug 2021 (5 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

Robert communicated with ourselves, our buyers and chased buyers solicitors when needed, his team also were a great help when he was on holiday. Robert recommended Switalski Solicitora and Sarah was amazing, she was so efficient and kept us updated every step of the way.<br>We felt truly looked after and considering house moving could be very stressful, we honestly thought we had a smooth and easy experience.<br>Thanks to all involved!

None of the usual pressure on buyers to "prove" their credibility before a first viewing, which was very refreshing and built trust quickly. My offer was quickly delivered to the seller with no fuss. When my offer was accepted, Kathy in particular was very dedicated and went above and beyond to keep me updated every step of the way, and kept prompting the right people to get things over the finish line. They were organised and great at responding to emails or calls. They offered advice when things got a bit tricky, and were pragmatic when we had decisions to make. We were selling the house long distance, and we trusted them completely to deal with everything in our absence. They were very competitive in terms of fees.
