I had excellent relationships with the office and found them to be professional and courteous. The Basingstoke team is very hard working, they persevere through challenges and maintain excellent communication throughout. I can’t fault their value for money or customer service. I’d like to thank them for all their support.

From the start Charlie, Poppy and Eliza have been very professional, they have offered advice, listened to and advised us on how to progress the sale to achieve the best outcome, leaving any ultimate decisions to us, without any pressure. All of them have been at the end of the phone to answer any questions or queries. I have taken the lead with regard to the sale and Poppy has been my main contact, she in conjunction with Eliza have both been extremely helpful, in updating me with regard to the sale. I would also like to mention that both Poppy and Eliza went beyond their remit and came to my rescue when I locked myself out of my mother's property.
17th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I bought my home through Simon and Sallie and I cannot recommend them enough. Even though I wasn't paying them directly and I wasn't their client, they were hugely supportive, both professionally and personally when I was stressed and overwhelmed. They were so proactive and the only ones in the chain to be driving the process forward and offering constant help. I love my home and can't imagine ever moving but when I do I will definitely be selling with Mackenzie Smith.

29th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)We have been using Northwood to rent our property since 2013. We lived abroad from 2013-2015. They communicated any maintenance issues, working closely with the tenant and contractors and resolved issues in a timely manor, while keeping us updated. They have sourced many suitable tenants over the 13 years we have been with them. We deal mainly with Carly and Beth. They are always professional, courteous and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend Northwood highly enough.

We were incredibly impressed by their professionalism and the friendly service they provided. From our initial meeting with Oliver right up until we successfully exchanged contracts, the whole experience was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free. Steve & Jess were fabulous, very patient, & even helped me arrange the clearance of the large furniture. Everyone was very friendly & professional throughout, with regular updates from Andrew as well, it was a very pleasant & stress-free experience. 10th Aug 2021 (4 years ago)After having very difficult & rule breaking tenants for 9 months we were not surprised when they 'jumped ship, without paying rent until the end of the tenancy. We were not allowed into the flat until the end of the tenancy when the check out Inventory was done. Then, surprise surprise the robbing tenants asked for their deposit back! Emily of Sansome & George was very helpful in advising me of the correct process to follow & helped me to secure payment of the deposit which went part way to reimbursing us for the funds lost. Thanks Emily for the excellent support & advice.

He was so helpful through the entire process, ensuring all actions were followed up, and keeping us updated at all times on the progress that it seemed like a no-brainer to return to them when it came time to sell the property. Ben and Simon came with the same enthusiasm, care, and attention that we remembered, helping to remove a lot of the stress usually associated with a house move.
