5th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)I can’t recommend David Reynolds and Savills highly enough. My house sold very quickly after going on the market having 3 offers within a week. David was a true professional throughout the transaction despite some time passing to completion due factors well outside his control. Top job and would not hesitate to recommend!

Fran has fully considered our property requirements (unlike a lot of estate agents that seem to want to bombard you with every property they have on their books!), have provided us with regular updates with regards on potential properties and has been a reassuring voice, in what can be a stressful time. I would thoroughly recommend Fran and her teams services to those looking and selling their property in Dorking and the surrounding areas.

After going through several agents and one property falling through with another agent barnard marcus were very supportive and I would consider them as a first option if possible for anyone. Thankfully put in touch with Bernice Tully who was exceptionally professional, knowledgable and friendly. She handled everything promptly and advised me throughout the whole process and also got me a great mortgage offer. I am very grateful, thank you BM and Bernice!

15th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Great experience using Halliwell Marks. From the outset Mark gave great and honest advice, was efficient and marketed to genuine buyers. Rachel dealt with our sales progression and I couldn’t recommend her more. We had quite a long chain and time constraints, she was so reassuring during a stressful time and was really proactive ensuring everyone in the chain remained on task. We saw a lot of agents in our chain who were disorganised and unresponsive but Rachel is a credit to Halliwell Marks and we’re incredibly grateful for all her hard work to ensure everything went to plan.
