5th Apr 2026 (7 weeks ago)Came over to Batcheller Monkhouse on Saturday late morning around mid day as had an unusual day off to see someone about selling our cottage and was pretty disappointed no one there but your website says 9-1 no sign of anyone despite calling the number on website too so gave up and went elsewhere that was open. Matt.
31st Jan 2022 (4 years ago)Deal with this estate agent will be nightmare you prepare to be. just bought a house in guildford. given the offer to the seller. the estate agent pushed price and arrange unrealistic exchange and completion date. this results in the seller withdraw the listing. half year later, the seller is ready to sell. the estate agent disclosure both the sellers and buyers personal information to financial brokers and insurance thirdparties for marketing. during the communication with them, it is hugely unreliable and unfriendly. no customer service and professionalism. at the completion date, the sellers cannot give keys to estate agent and the buyers waste time to wait for the keys to be given. completely rubbish. both the sellers and buyers should be avoid..
8th Feb 2026 (15 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

From day one I felt she could be trusted and she was always positive and proactive, without ever being too pushy. The rest of the team were brilliant with arranging to show all my viewings without any issues and their online portal is very useful and available 24/7. I did engage in photography which included AI Virtual Staging and believe this helped with the sale. All in all I would highly recommend Cubitt & West and the Reigate Branch in particular. They are friendly, professionall and caring. Ms. C. Marshall

All were highly professional and replied promptly to my communications. I think the original valuation was quite bullish but the service provided was really great value for money.

5th May 2026 (19 days ago)James has been fantastic with helping us in our search for the “right” home for our family. Dealing with him solely at the start of the transaction really helped us with our search, because he got to know us and what we did/didn’t like in a property so we weren’t wasting time looking at properties we wouldn’t have liked, or wouldn’t have been right for us. He’s been there to assist us on his non-working days too, which we also appreciate, because he was aware how restricted we were with time. He’s really accommodated us in the process. He always made us feel like it’s not an inconvenience to contact him and he’s always there to help, even if he’s not known the answer, he’s happily investigated it for us to achieve the outcome we are after. James has been very helpful, his knowledge of the area is also a great help and not something you can buy! Thanks James.

Our first buyer pulled out just before we were due to exchange, Hetti managed to find us a new buyer within 2 days of being back on the market! Both Hetti and Lee have been super attentive throughout the process and have been quick to communicate with us. We could not be happier we chose them and that we will soon be moving into our dream home. A huge thank you to Lee and Hetti for all of their hard work!
