Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Jamie has been extremly helpful ,courteous and very obliging in every aspect making the purchase relatively smooth right up to completion and we are most grateful for all the help and advise offered. Nothing was too much when asked to contact the seller for information regarding the property advise on local authorities and services. we can recommend Jamie highly for his professionalism and attitude for a smooth conclusion of a property purchase S P and BF
9th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)From start to finish we were supported and helps with the whole process! Anna was absolutely amazing at the start trying to answer all my questions (and I had lots). She was always an email away with super speedy and helpful responses! Isaac was amazing with our mortgage advice again helping with all our questions and getting back to us so quickly and dealing with my meltdowns in such a respectful and helpful manor! Karl was great showing us around the house and giving us advice when we needed it. The whole teams works so hard and I could not recommend them enough. Each person had such a positive impact on the whole process. No question was ever too silly or to small to them and nothing was to much to ask for! I am so grateful to everyone involved at Fox and sons on our property journey! Thank you all so so much!
4th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Very impressed with the service I received from Winkworth in Winchester. Every aspect of the process so far has been excellent. Good prompt valuation, marketed very well online and in a printed brochure with good photos and text. The property was under offer in less than two weeks on the market. Professional handling of the offer and follow up since then has also been extremely good. Communication throughout has been friendly and very clear.

From first contact with Monica through to completion with Karen, they have been attentive, genuine, extremely competent and an absolute pleasure to deal with. There is no doubt in our minds that we have ended up with a home we love thanks to their professional care. I strongly recommend using Pearsons- they will go above and beyond for you.
28th May 2026 (4 weeks ago)Zero professionalism. It is the second time they cancel my viewings saying an offer has already been made and accepted even without knowing if I would make a better offer on the houses. If you are a seller, please think twice before getting in business with these people.

24th Jun 2026 (4 days ago)I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property.<br><br>Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication.<br><br>There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.<br><br>Overall, the communication has felt inconsistent and unhelpful at a time when clear updates and proactive management are really needed.
