He was friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from the initial viewing through to the move in, and has continued to be incredibly helpful even after we moved in.<br><br>Matthew was always responsive and kept us well informed throughout the process. He was also very patient and understanding whenever we had questions or needed assistance, which made the whole experience much easier and more reassuring.<br><br>We are now happily settled into our new home and really appreciate all the help and support Matthew provided along the way. From day one, he has been consistently patient, clear, and incredibly easy to communicate with. His manner strikes the perfect balance — always present and supportive, but never once pushy or overbearing.<br><br>Across the last six months, Isaac went above and beyond in helping me understand my options. He produced numerous mortgage quotes for different terms, deposit amounts, and scenarios, each time taking the time to walk me through the implications so I could make informed decisions. What impressed me most was that his support wasn’t limited to mortgages alone; he offered thoughtful, practical advice on a wide range of home?buying topics, double?checked that the properties I was interested in (not with Fox & Sons) were priced fairly, and gave guidance on what and when to offer. 3rd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)Pearsons helped me sell my elderly uncle’s bungalow in Romsey when he went to a care home. I was living 2 hours away and they made the whole process so easy for me. They checked the empty house once a week, organised a plumber when there was a leak and organised house clearance and a deep clean before completion. At times I also felt like they were doing the job of our overpriced solicitors! I really cannot recommend them highly enough. A special mention to Karin who was so kind and helpful to me through this whole process.

Both Keith and George are friendly, professional and not pushy/salesman like in the slightest. George could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. They know their market, offer very competitive commission rates and provide a brilliant service - if I had to ever use an Estate Agent in this area again, I would 100% use Alexander Keen.

Sale board and listing removed without my knowledge or consent. If i could claim my money back i would but they wont respond to any emails letters or Complaints

Luci works hard and is there whenever you need advice. She kept us updated at all stages of the sale and as others have said she is down to earth, honest and understands the market. They were upfront with costs etc and explained all we needed to know about selling our property. The staff in the office are extremely friendly and approachable and we always got to speak to someone when we needed to. We would highly recommend, a good experience throughout.
