25th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

As a first time buyer they led me and advised at every turn completely professionally and with ease in a less than ideal purchase. But made much easier with their unrivalled work ethic. I cant thank them enough for enabling me to start my next chapter , and although I dont plan on doing this again any time soon I would highly recommend then to anyone out there looking!

First two months (January/February) were very slow on viewings, but March and April were much more productive.
Happy with final result.

23rd Oct 2026 (14 days ago)I had never heard of Frank Schippers until I visited friends who were selling their home in Crowthorne and they suggested I contact them regarding letting a flat I owned. Thank goodness they did as I have now been a client of Frank Schippers for over 10 years and in that time found all those I dealt with very professional, helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
For 8 of those years my wife and I were resident in France so unable to deal directly with the occasional problems that tenants reported and the team invariably dealt with these situations promptly and efficiently and kept us up to date with progress thus ensuring tenants were also kept happy too. I would also add that I found all the contractors they used efficient and cost effective.
After previous experience of letting with another well known local agent Frank Schippers took all concerns off our shoulders and ensured there was minimal turn over of tenants thus reducing the number moving in and out and all the additional costs of handover fees etc.etc..
I have recently sold the property and whilst this was a long and protracted experience, none of which I stress was not the fault of Frank Schippers, I was kept up to date with by members of the team as was my local solicitor. Somehow everyone involved managed to keep up my flagging feelings by their commitment to the sale.
I would strongly recommend anyone looking for an Estate Agent to either manage their properties or simply buying or selling a property to at least put Frank Schippers near the top of your list and better still call into their conveniently placed offices in Crowthorne for a chat and get a feel for the people involved. I am sure you wont be disappointed.

15th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)The family would have loved to say that our first (and only!) time being landlords was a good experience. Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????

17th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)They did what they said they would do. A few teething problems at the start, but once these were ironed out, they have absolutely delivered in selling our house at asking price no less. I would highly recommend Bridges estate agents whether, buying, selling or renting.
