She appreciated that there were a number of pressures and moving parts involved in the transaction and was always willing to listen, keep us updated and help where she could.<br><br>She was responsive, professional and easy to communicate with, and we particularly appreciated the way she dealt with matters calmly and practically when things became time-sensitive. She understood the importance of keeping everyone informed and helped maintain communication between the parties during a fairly pressured transaction.<br><br>Elena was always courteous and helpful, and we felt that she genuinely wanted to see the transaction reach a successful conclusion.<br><br>We are very grateful for her assistance and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

We had a lot of challenges which they helped with so kindly and professionally. We also needed to view the property on multiple occasions and it was never too much bother for them. When she was off for a couple of days her workload was covered and I wasn't left to wait for a response, which was great. 5th Oct 2026 (27 days ago)We recently bought our first property through this estate agency and I honestly can’t thank Jack and the team enough for everything they did for us.<br><br>It ended up being an unusually difficult purchase and, through no fault of the agency, there were several issues and delays with the solicitors that meant the sale came very close to falling through. A huge reason we managed to get it over the line was Jack.<br><br>He was incredible throughout the entire process. He consistently kept us updated, chased solicitors on both sides, followed up on outstanding actions and did everything he could to keep things moving. We always felt like he genuinely cared about getting the purchase completed rather than simply leaving us to deal with things ourselves.<br><br>There were points where I genuinely think the purchase would have fallen through if Jack hadn’t been so proactive and persistent. Buying your first home is stressful enough, so having someone like him supporting us throughout such a difficult transaction made such a huge difference.<br><br>We’re incredibly grateful to Jack and the rest of the team for all their help and would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property.
