4th Jun 2024 (2 years ago)Slow to give feedback on viewings. I had to chase after a couple of days but improved when I complained. Some rushed viewings . One agent arrived and said it had to be quick and she had asked the buyer to come earlier. Another told a late buyer asked to come at 8.45am on arrival that they only had 15 minutes so it would be a quick look . We were told they had a large database of buyers but I wonder if just relying on the property listings and their database algorithms to find people was enough. They did offer us a premium listing months later when I asked what else could be done and this generated viewings . Unable to arrange one second viewing and blamed staff absence for not contacting the buyer when I rang up a week later and the buyer did not return their call. People not getting back to them happened a lot . We were never shown any evidence of their contacts with people . It's a shame as they understood the market and provided a lot of information about why viewings were sparse due to external factors.Pleasant staff with good local knowledge. We gave them a long period as it was a tough time to sell but did decide to find another agent in the end as they did not seem that proactive .

24th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)We had a very torturous sale with many twists and turns and Reaston Brown - Nick, Sally & Karli - were with us every step of the way. Nick managed to untangle all the problems and today we exchanged contracts ????????????????????????<br>All the staff went above beyond and I cannot recommend them highly enough for their professionalism and compassion when things didn't quite go to plan.

7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)No. Just no. Constant trespassing on property by teens, old enough to know better, have led us to complain - to no avail.l, so must go civil, apparently. They wait until we are not home, throwing balls at house, or playing on our patio, uninvited and while we are out, until one of them gets hurt on our owned property, we are left responsible. Countless emails to this agent, and videos. Was asked by police if I wanted to file a formal report and said no, thinking this agent would be reasonable as in, how would he like it if this were happening to him? A decision I regret, but now see this is harassment of us, as two older women living together, alone, perhaps, to regard us with interpreted LGBT discrimination? Or probably seen as vulnerable? Not sure which…because I cannot understand why an agent wouldn’t want to ensure the peace and safety of surrounding properties, and their owners. Makes no sense. Also, These are Not children - teens, old enough to know better. Tried speaking, kindly, to one of the mothers of these kids only to be sworn at for all neighbourhood to hear. Sent to agent - nothing. Rules for freehold property ownership not being upheld, and intimidation and harassment of two older women living alone.Wye Country - Prestwood

13th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)2023 was a difficult year in the housing market. Wye were relentless trying to tempt a buyer for our property. Yes we did have to drop our price a little, but that was the only way to sell! There were very few properties to look at, but Wye took on board our wish list, found the house (before it was even on the market) and even found a property for the vendor to complete the chain! We ended up in a very large chain, but Wye navigated us through with barely a hitch. Thank you very much Nicole, Ian and Sarah - Highly recommended!!
15th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)Steve and the team at Michael Graham offered a really first class service. We originally bought our house through them so it made perfect sense to sell It with them too. In a difficult market they sold the house quickly, and when the sale fell through they found another buyer within days. Steve handled a tricky negotiation with skill and offered the right advice at the right time. The sale has now completed and we are delighted to recommend Michael Graham as a first class estate agent.
30th May 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend The Wilkinson Partnership if you are looking to buy a property in the Buckingham area. Sue the sales agent was absolutely amazing and found be my dream home. Sadly Sue left the company before my completion, however Max took over and he was superb, always available, responded immediately to any queries I raised, and was very courteous and polite, and for that reason I am happy to give Wilkinson 5 stars
24th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Ivor and the team at Lafford James<br><br>Just wanted to thank you again for all your hard work not just with our sale but also finding a buyer for our buyers house in such a short time which enabled the whole chain to proceed<br>Also keeping us informed on both transactions including updates on mortgage progress, searches etc<br><br>I think the street app is definitely the way forward for estate agents as it gives more transparency re buyers names ,position ,dates etc<br><br>Not forgetting<br>Organising electrician /gardeners /cleaners /staging /viewings etc<br><br>I briefly met the new owners<br>I’m glad it’s gone to a nice young growing family which my late mother and step father would have appreciated.<br><br>Kind regards<br>A waller
