   The most important thing in business is communication which Hamptons sadly lack from. We had to constantly chase on outcomes of the few viewings we had which isn’t good business. I also found your telephone system to be nothing short of useless. When we called you we were always greeted with please hold as we are busy ! Then the system would shut off and you would have to call back again ! I can see why small independent people ( social Media experts ) who are hungry for business are winning against the high street outlets... Read more

    I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.... Read more

    We could not have wished for a better estate agent. They knew their market so well. Valuation was absolutely on the money, they knew their people who were looking to buy and what was important to them they matched a family with our property and they bought it and love the house.     Connells Newport Pagnell has restored my faith in Estate Agents. We can't thank the team enough for everything they did to help us secure our new home. After having to pull out of a previous purchase with a different estate agent in town, we were worried about losing our buyers and thought our move might fall through.<br><br>From the moment we found our new home with Connells, they were proactive, professional, and kept everyone moving throughout the process. Thanks to their hard work and excellent communication, we managed to complete in just four weeks, which meant we were able to keep our buyers and stay on track with our move.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble, and Jason & Hannah always on hand to answer questions and keep us updated.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Luke, the Branch Manager, who went above and beyond during the final week. Even though he was on annual leave, he still kept on top of everything, making calls, chasing updates, and ensuring the sale stayed on track.
