We accepted an offer within two weeks and although the process took longer than expected this was not due to fault by Clive Anthony rather complications within the chain. Annette and the team could not have been more helpful throughout this process and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Annette for all your help.

From the first contact, to handing the keys over, Antony has been helpful, polite and friendly. Nothing has been too much trouble, he’s liased with all parties and been excellent at keeping in contact with updates regularly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Hydes and particularly Antony again. Thank you.

To have this pleasant experience is honestly like a blessing, especially after dealing with another horrible letting agency. in the past. Their market knowledge is second to none. They recommended a quick cosmetic refurb which totally transformed the house and was then let in a matter of days.

I had a drawn out sale due to the purchaser’s circumstances and despite this the level of service never dropped. From the initial consultation to the final closing, every step of the process was handled with care and attention to detail. The team at Farrow & Farrow provided invaluable guidance and support, helping me navigate through the complexities of selling a property with ease. Their marketing strategy was exceptional, utilizing a variety of channels to showcase my property in its best light. Their efforts resulted in a sale. Once the house was sold, Ella Walmsley kept me regularly updated with the sale process and was a great support throughout. They are very friendly individuals who go above and beyond for both tenants and landlords. All the staff and management are extremely helpful, could not recommend them enough.

3rd May 2024 (5 days ago)Useless tried contacting re a rental and it was like talking to a 5 year old They dont answer questions and dont answer phone calls, gave up in the end as i didn't have the time nor patience Why are most agents hard work in the rental market. If you knew i were ringing why not just answer the phone Your opening times need updating as you have just contradicted yourself via email and you have not rang my phone nor answered the original question sent through right move I asked you a series of questions first regardless of the landlord wants.You have made no attempt to call me back today my phone has had full signal and been in my hands near on all day Do you even have the correct number? If you do the get your phones checked.

26th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Rudest staff, no communication within the office, so unhelpful, avoid avoid avoid Called to book a viewing and was told ‘shes not here so I can’t book it’ I asked ‘when will she be back please’ the women on the phone replied ‘well I don’t know because she’s not here to ask is she’ I let this go and called back a few days later to book the viewing. Got booked in and was sent an application form. Of course I filled out the form. I was then sent a very rude email stating the application would be sent after a viewing, fine, went to the viewing where there were 4 other people viewing at the same time, the estate agent was exceptionally overstretched to the point it came across rude. Having to keep turning her back during conversations, left alone to walk round without any knowledge of the property given and no chance to ask questions and then had to openly discuss finances infront of all the other people viewing. I was told I would be called later that day to state if my application would still be sent off due to it being sent in too early. I was not called, waited until the following day and received an email asking if I wanted to view the property. I replied to the email to find my email had been added to a block list!!!! Absolutely appalling customer service, rude staff, so glad I realised this before committing to a property with them!!!

They told me untruths , and gave us 15 minutes to vacate our house even though keys hadn’t been handed over and we were still packing.We ended up with belongings on the street in the rain. Absolutely outrageous behaviour from a so called professional agent. Avoid at all costs.
