I understand that they guy I was dealing with was away dealing with urgent family matters but the guy left in the office kept me wondering if a house sale was going through or not. The estate agent had a conflict of interest as he’s now the project manager of the house that I sold. Overall it was a stressful time and I am glad I do not want to move house.

They've taken over management of my property in a straightforward and stress-free manner. I wish I'd found them sooner!! Communication has been prompt and efficient throughout, and they’ve done a great job liaising with my tenant. It's reassuring to know my property is in safe hands and would highly recommend them to other landlords. Thanks a lot Jo!
20th Apr 2026 (14 days ago)I purchased my home through Melissa Berry 5 months ago. I have to say Melissa and Geraldine were amazing. After a precious purchase fell through last minute, mainly due to lack of communication, purchasing through them just took so much of the stress away. They stayed on top of everything dealing direct with the solicitors where possible and actually answer your calls when you ring!! I’ll definitely be putting any future house sale through them. Thank you so much to you both, you were amazing ??????

It was quite a complicated process for various legal and lease reasons and took around six months to complete from the offer being accepted. It would have been impossible to get this done without the help, advice, attention to detail and patience of Barbra and Andrew. Barbra particularly went above and beyond what we expected and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Despite sales falling through and delays caused by solicitors and searches these guys remained professional, patient and helpful throughout. 24th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Very disappointed with my experience. I was interested in a property they advertised and made several attempts to arrange a viewing. Over the last 2 months I called around 10 times, but every time I was given unclear information. On my last call, I was told the property had already been sold without anyone informing me earlier. In my experience, the staff were not honest and the communication was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this estate agent and suggest others be careful when dealing with them.

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations.
