They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

I've never experienced such slow communication with any other agency. It made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and frustrating.<br><br>I would not recommend this agency.

Great communication and easy to get hold of when needed, keeping me updated at every stage and making sure everything was in place for the move in. Her friendly and approachable manner really stood out to us. Would highly recommend!
15th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)I used to have some past experiences that weren't great but with the most recent team at sharman quinney, I have been looked after a lot better. Although I had to pull out of the sale of my property, Maria and Spencer definitely went above and beyond to answer my questions and sort anything that I didn't understand , which was a lot. I always felt welcome when I went into the branch, offered an instant sit down chat and a coffee. Hopefully I'll be in a better position in the future to complete a property through the Great Shelford branch.

The behaviour of the letting agents was extremely unprofessional, including giggling while I was on the phone trying to resolve a serious issue.<br><br>I was informed by Georgia that I would be able to move in earlier, so I made moving arrangements based on this, only for those arrangements to be cancelled at the last minute. This resulted in significant stress and additional costs.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told that emails had been sent with updates, but they had not been sent, and the landlord subsequently stated that he was not aware of the situation.<br><br>Overall, there was very poor communication, a lack of professionalism and a failure to provide reliable information. I would not recommend Tucker Gardener based on my experience.
