They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

24th Jun 2024 (5 weeks ago)My partner and I purchased our first home with Sharman Quinney and we couldn't have asked for a better service. The whole process was so much quicker and easier than we expected, and we felt the team really cared about us. Baylee Bishop showed us the house, and was incredibly friendly and helpful right from the start and all the way through. She helped us get answers to all our questions promptly and was very efficient. She also seemed super excited for us, which really made the process enjoyable (not what you often hear from scary house buying stories!). Baylee frequently kept in touch with updates, even just checking in sometimes, which made us feel really reassured and that we had someone available at all times. We also used Jonathan Threadgold as our mortgage consultant. From our first meeting, he was informative, friendly and helpful. We asked many many questions, and he never made us feel like they were stupid ones (when some most likely were!). I had had other meetings with other mortgage advisors and after our meeting with Jonathan, there was no question we wanted to go through him. They referred us to Juno property lawyers, and to keep things simple and easy we used them - again, we couldn't have been happier with the service we received. Everyone in the Cambourne office was lovely, even if we weren't working directly with them. Vincent Shaw have always been highly responsive, friendly, and both generous and responsible in their interactions with us as tenants. Staff at Vincent Shaw really bring a 'human' touch to their interactions with tenants, being willing to listen carefully, to understand one's situation, and to come to the best solution for both tenant and landlord.

The sales literature was excellent - particularly the photography - and quickly attracted several genuine enquiries. Our main contact, David, recommended a Property Solicitor who was also excellent, and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending this company!
