16th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)The property Specialists no doubt comprises a team of outstanding professionals who are dedicated to seeing customers are happy and satisfied. Might be unfair to mention specific names as everyone appears to be onboard with the standards of the company. The process of renting a property through them is a fantastic experience. Communication is top notch and you can perceive synergy amongst the staff who are willing to provide answers to all questions till you are satisfied. I am so pleased with every aspect of dealing with them so far. They are highly recommended.

14th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)I am not one to write bad reviews, however I am in shock with how badly I was treated & spoken to at Elwell Taylor. I contacted them about letting a commercial property for my small but fast growing business. I found a property that I liked and wanted to arrange a viewing. While the ladies that answered the phone were super helpful and friendly I was then unfortunately handed over to a gentleman named Sam Oliver. I explained to Sam that I was very interested in said property and I wanted to arrange a viewing, I had to wait 5 days to view this property as “ they don’t work weekends” which he abruptly told me on the phone & he couldn’t do the next working day either! I explained that the market is very hard to get into at the moment & things are being sold very quickly so I’m worried that I will miss out hence why I wanted to view the property earlier than 5 days time, he had no compassion on the phone and I felt like I was being spoken to like a child. I patiently waited until Tuesday (today) with hopes that his “bad mood” and “ bad customer service” was just one time thing as I can understand the last time I spoke to him was a Friday afternoon so he just wanted to get home. This wasn’t the case, I arrived at said property today and wasn’t even greeted, he didn’t introduce himself ( I had to find his name on your website). He didn’t talk me around the property and didn’t even know the answers to my very simple questions such as “where are the toilets located” “what are the business rates”. You would hope as an estate agent showing you around a place that they deal with they would know the answers! Shocking! Furthermore he proceeded to talk down to me and say that this “premises isn’t for me” and tried to say the he had told me that on the phone which he didn’t, I feel sorry for the person that owns this property as he wasn’t very good at selling it to me! After looking around the premises with no help or little information, I decided that even if it was for me I wouldn’t ever go for it if I had to deal with Ellwell Taylor again! It’s a shame that from day one It wasn’t a friendly experience, I felt like I was a burden to them! Rather than a customer who is wanting to pay good money for a property and generally needed information and help with finding a premises. He really let the company down with the way he spoke and the way he comes across! I run my own business and would be appalled if my team members spoke to clients like that! My complaint is simply the customer service and has nothing to do with the properties that I looked at, like I said even if I found my dream premises I wouldn’t even go for it if I had to deal with him! Such a shame!

He gave me information on the general area and finding properties for me within my price range and requirements. I would definitely recommend Alex and the team at Douglas Allen in Wickford .

28th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)Elli is fantastic, Always checking up on us throughout our buying process but not too pushy with us, we have viewed over 40 properties and dealt with a lot of estate agents in our time. I can safely say Elli is how an estate agent should be. She will go above and beyond, plus we feel she is working to our best interest and not solely working on behalf of the buyer. Although we are not buying through her I have created a list of good estate agents and she is on it, I will be recommending this list to all new first time buyers in my circle.

As a result he has always been available to respond to any queries in a timely manner and has provided us with updates even out of hours. Excellent service from Dan backed up by the whole team at Nest who have supported him and us throughout the process so far.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.

I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. He was always at the end of the phone, responded to all emails/phone calls and kept us updated throughout the transaction. Billy is a straight up guy and that’s exactly what you want working on a challenging sale. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent to be on our case! Selling your house can be a very stressful experience but Colubrid were so good at taking away any unnecessary stress. We were given a very friendly and professional team of estate agents (Josh Morel and Tony Harper) and between them they ensured that any questions or queries we had were answered straight away. They were very good and communicating with us and finding out how we wanted our experience to be. They made sure that we felt listened to and valued as a customer and ensured that we were contacted only in the ways that we specified so that viewings and communication did not encroach too much on our family or work time. They are always friendly and accommodating whenever we speak to them and they are fast to resolve any queries or issues that may arise. We have had such a positive experience with this company and will be recommending them to friends and family and will most definitely be using them again in future if we need to.
