Their expert advice, particularly when the initial sale chain fell through, enabled us to quickly find another buyer and complete the process without any further issues. Everyone at the office was courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, and they always replied promptly to our queries and phone calls. I would highly recommend Walkers and would not hesitate to use their services again.

They always answer the phone and any questions, everything is documented and explained, nothing is too much trouble. Effective communication is essential, and they truly excelled at it!

15th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Here is a brief outline of the goings one which happened while the property was still under my ownership. 1 The keys to the property were given out on an adhoc basis to various trades employed by the potential new owners. 2 Potential new owners demolished part of the property 3 Potential new owners started decorating the property 4 Potential new owners gained access to the property without my approval on various occasions All in all a pretty pi## poor performance all round, when I emailed my complaint, never heard a word back , I strongly suspect the email never made it to the bosses in box or he/she didn't give a toss

13th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Fennwright as not acted in my best interest upon end of tenancy. I paid my rents and never delayed a minute and when I ended my tenancy upon expiration of agreement, I was presented a bill of £505 which I found to be unfair to me. I contacted Fennwright and it’s clear my opinion and interest doesn’t matter to them except for that of the landlord. I am also your client and deserve better treatment. Not sure I can deal with Fennwright again because it’s clear they are on the side of the landlord and not the tenants

She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

13th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)You really don’t know how good your estate agent is until things get difficult — and that’s when Beresfords absolutely showed how brilliant they are.<br><br>Our sale and purchase became an incredibly stressful and complicated process, with delays and uncertainty right up until the very end. Throughout it all, the team at Beresfords were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to keep things moving, kept us informed and, most importantly, genuinely cared about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>Andy deserves huge praise. He was constantly on it, incredibly proactive and always seemed to know exactly what needed chasing and when. His communication, persistence and ability to keep everything moving made such a difference during what was an incredibly stressful time.<br>I want to give a particularly massive mention to Amber. She was honestly outstanding. She put her heart and soul into helping us through the process and went so far beyond what I would ever expect from an estate agent. She was constantly chasing, communicating, reassuring us and doing everything she possibly could to get things over the line. You could tell that she cared about us and our move, rather than simply seeing us as another sale.<br><br>There were moments when we genuinely wondered whether the move was ever going to happen, and having Andy/Amber and the Beresfords team fighting our corner made such a huge difference.<br><br>Thank you for everything — we are now happily in our new home, and we couldn’t have got there without you. 5 stars doesn’t feel enough.
