Throughout the whole process they were incredibly helpful, always available and great at working with other parties to push the chain along. The price from the service provided felt very reasonable.<br><br>We had very challenging buyers who messed about until the last minute, Jemma and the team did a great job working with the solicitors and estate agents in the chain and really worked together to save the day.<br><br>Not sure I would have had this level of support and dedication from other estate agents. I would recommend them.
7th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)We have just experienced an outstanding, 1st class and professional service from Robert Watts to sell out late parents home. Jenna is an absolute star ??????. The initial contact was with Lucy who carried out the valuation. She gave good advice of what to do prior to the property being fit for viewings. Then Jenna became our main contact and Negotiator for 90% of the rest of the sale and go between, between us and the buyer and both sets of solicitors. Jenna was an absolute dream to work with. She kept us up to date with everything. Constant contact with updates from viewings, offers chasing up solicitors and go between, between us and the buyer. Faultless service throughout. When Jenna was not avaliable we also experienced the same service from Amelia, Holly and Charlie. All in all we experienced a 5 star service. A huge thank you to everyone. You made a very difficult and sad experience so much easier. Well done!!! ??????

She was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond her job role. I honestly believe that we wouldn’t be in our new house now if she hadn’t have worked so hard for us. Communication was great, she often replied within minutes and she reassured us when we needed it. She answered any questions we had with ease. She was also brilliant at chasing our solicitors for a response when we urgently required one and made a very stressful situation easier. We cannot recommend her enough!

10th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)There was no real drive to help sell the property, no regular promotion had to ask and push for it several times. Didn’t do checks with people booked for viewing whether they are able to purchase, a lot of no shows as well.

Joe and Stewart have been fabulous and took our sale through to completion very quickly. Communication was flawless, we were kept regularly up to date and they gave great advice and support as the offer came in and sale progressed. I would 100% recommend them and we will definitely use Haart again in the future.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

17th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)I couldn’t recommend Sarah and the lettings team at Bridgfords highly enough.<br><br>Sarah has genuinely gone above and beyond from start to finish and made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. As I work regular hours, she was extremely accommodating and even contacted me outside of normal working hours to work around my availability.<br><br>What has really stood out is that the service hasn’t stopped once the tenant moved in. Sarah has continued to keep in touch and check that everything is going well, which has been really reassuring.<br><br>We opted for the Let Only package, yet when I needed some additional help, Sarah even went out of her way to contact a contractor on my behalf despite this being outside the scope of the service we had chosen. She absolutely didn’t have to do that, but was still more than happy to help.<br><br>Sarah has been professional, responsive, approachable and genuinely committed to making the whole experience as smooth as possible. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sarah and the Bridgfords lettings team to other landlords.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
