As soon as we decided to with the Flat we looked at, the process of referencing was sent off as soon as we filled in the paperwork.<br><br>If your renting I would recommend this agency as they always seem to have well presented flats and house inside and out on their website for an affordable price.- 17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Michael Daurge was very helpful throughout the full process very knowledgeable and kept us fully informed throughout. I was extremely happy with Clare who throughout the process was always efficient ,friendly,supportive and conscientious .She replied to and resolved any queries promptly.The communication about viewings was very good and we were reminded about viewings the day before. I was very disappointed by the Sales Progressor who was difficult to speak to ,worked short hours and failed to contact us promptly causing difficulty and additional stress.

The communication was second to none and we knew what was happening at every stage. Tom facilitated between Conveyancers ensuring we moved on the chosen date. The fees were competitive and the service was 1st class. I would 100% recommend Newfield Estate agents based on our experience.

Like almost all houses purchases there were twists and turns and quite a few challenges along the way. Throughout we felt the whole team were with us and working in our best interests to get a result (not just a sale). I would particularly pick out Joy who was top notch. She got information quickly when we asked for it, she was responsive, helpful, knowledgable friendly, and understanding. She went above and beyond and when things got a bit challenging her guidance was always on the nail, always invaluable. I’d also give a shout out to Sally who we met early on and again when we collected the keys. This is a professional team with bags of experience and just the right amount of approachability. They’ve been a joy to work with. Highly recommended.
