27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)It was brilliant we got through a very highly stressful and difficult court order sale and we all did it like a proper helpful community. Absolutely delighted and now on to the next sale with reeds rains.

9th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Good service, kept us informed and responded quickly
3rd Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)Arrived on time to give a valuation and informed us when the viewings were taking place.
28th Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Debbie and Emerline were both extremely helpful and professional
20th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Marketing was terrible. Shouldn’t be using an iPhone for marketing photos. Spelling mistakes in brochure. Didn’t understand local market and knowledge of the town. Angle of photographs poor. In description mentioned village setting in a market town. Giving me statistics suggesting they had sent 105 emails to various clients, when it turned out to be the same clients they were emailing every 2-3 weeks. Very poor agents. Don’t recommend.- 26th Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Arranged to view property no one turned up. I travelled an hour stood in the pouring rain and they said they had rang me six times to confirm the appointment. I never got any phonecalls. If hadn't been able to make the viewing I would have called. They wouldn't even come five mins down the road to let e view said they were busy . Disgusting service
29th Oct 2026 (3 days ago)After talking to a selection of local estate agents we chose Your Move to handled the sale of our property. We were impressed by Tarun’s proactive approach and knowledge of the local market. He asked pertinent questions and sold the property for us very quickly. Sharon has been our contact since the sale. She again has been very professional and helpful and has ensured that the lines of communication are kept open.
27th Oct 2026 (5 days ago)I’m currently in the process of purchasing a property through this agency, and unfortunately, the experience has been far from straightforward.

Communication has been particularly disappointing. I often feel uncomfortable having to chase for updates, especially when very little information is provided proactively.

On several occasions, I’ve called and spoken to Hollie, only for her to seemingly struggle to hear me before the call is disconnected. This has happened more than once and has only added to the frustration.

After several weeks of negotiations and finally reaching an agreed deal, I would have expected a much smoother and more professional process.

Everything seems unnecessarily slow, and I’m still unclear about where things stand with my purchase.

As someone who has dealt with property transactions before, this is certainly not the level of communication or service I’m accustomed to.

I genuinely hope things improve, as purchasing a property should be an exciting experience rather than one filled with uncertainty and constant chasing.
24th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)The staff have been very helpful during this process and have gone above and beyond to ensure the experience has been very positive. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a professional agent
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We just recently sold our property with Anthony Jones.
We received excellent service.
Would highly recommend them if you are looking to sell a property.
15th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)My property has been listed with Gowland White for almost two months now. In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.

The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.

Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service.
15th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)All good, communication, pleasant, helpful staff.
