Keith was extremely helpful on the initial valuation in the office I delt with Ann, Emily & Keighley and they were also great. 14th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)At start the agents were bang on. But once I'd got with them the original agent passed a lot of things onto other staff and I had to keep ringing for problems. At the point of it being sold they never even rang. I found out by ringing them and it was a case of ..well it's sold we thought you knew! Not good enough.

Despite a prolonged time from advertising to completion (those 17 months seemed like an eternity), the team showed patience and professionalism with all the queries raised by various interested parties. I'd have no problem recommending Robinsons to anyone looking for a local estate agent.

I was kept up to date about everything without even needing to ask and after I had got my keys she continued to be extremely helpful and was able to answer any questions I had! When Tony came to do the initial valuation it was immediately apparent that we were in the hands of a professional, and his clear, candid and pragmatic advice has been invaluable throughout the process, ultimately helping us get a sale price we were very happy with. The entire team were extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any communication, especially Demi who helped keep things on track with the sale progression. The app to monitor progression was also very useful, and helped us feel in the in the loop with where things were at all the way through the process. AJP go above and beyond and we would certainly use their services again in future should we ever need it!
