   Anup, Veronica and Vinay did a fantastic job with letting out my property. An extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable team. The whole process went very smoothly and I would strongly recommend them!<br><br>**Update after 5 years:** I’ve now been using Oadby Estates for around five years across several properties and continue to be extremely happy with their service.<br><br>They have consistently found me high-quality, reliable tenants who look after the properties and pay their rent on time. Most recently, Ranjit was extremely diligent throughout the letting process and found excellent tenants for my property.<br><br>Ravi and Anup have always looked after me very well, and Anita was also fantastic recently in helping to resolve some maintenance issues.<br><br>Over the years, I’ve found the whole team to be professional, responsive and reliable.     Cannot recommend Sean, Karen and the team highly enough. Sean came to value our property and, unlike another local agent, rather than tell us how bad other local agents were and try and get us to go for a lower value to sell quickly, he saw and marketed our house to its full potential. The marketing material was superb and, backed up by a great service by Karen and the office team.     Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more

    Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I arranged a viewing for a rental property at 10:15am, which was the only viewing time available. As I run my own business, I rearranged several clients to make sure I could attend.<br><br>Just two minutes before the scheduled viewing, I received a call from the estate agent to say that the viewing had been cancelled because the tenant was unwell. I completely understand that illness can happen and that this was outside of their control. However, I was told that they would contact me to rearrange the viewing, so I waited to hear back.<br><br>Unfortunately, I received no further communication whatsoever. I have now seen that the property has been taken off the market, without anyone contacting me or giving me the opportunity to rearrange the viewing.<br><br>The cancellation itself wasn’t the issue. It was the lack of communication afterwards and the fact that I was left waiting after having rearranged my work commitments to accommodate the viewing.<br><br>Overall, I found the service very poor and the communication extremely disappointing. As someone looking to rent a property, I would expect much better communication and consideration from a professional estate agent.... Read more
