16th Oct 2025 (9 mo. ago)The WH loughborough letting is filled with highly unprofessional staff with extremely poor communications skills. I left a property since July 12th and as at today, they are still holding back my tenancy deposit, saying they are waiting for landlord authorisation despite knowing clearly that tenancy deposit must be returned within ten days after tenant vacated the property

22nd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole process was seamless with Belvoir, very efficient staff, friendly and a pleasure to get to know.<br>As this was my 1st time I needed my hand holding a bit, I was never made to feel like a nuisance, all my questions were asked in a timely manner and it really helped me with my stress levels.<br>Top notch service, I cant praise them enough, I feel like I have a great team to guide me through this process and to continue with.<br>Thank you.

9th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Absolutely amazing from start to finish, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. With two young kids we could take them into the modern office whilst we had a chat on sofas (crayons, paper and a few toys were on hand). Free parking on site and customer toilets.<br>We had a few issues understanding some forms so Karen sat with us and talked through them also gave us advice when we had our survey and structural reports back.<br>Anytime something came up that we were unsure about, SP were always there to reassure, advise and ensure everything went as smoothly as possible.<br>Thank you all so much for the help in such stressful time, we really appreciate all the conversations and advice you gave us.
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

27th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)May have been the market conditions but minimal viewings were booked. Many of which were no shows or cancellations on the day. Not the fault of the estate agent, however there was no adjustment to the online profile at any point to refresh the advert. Nothing posted on socials that I’m aware of either.

17th Jul 2026 (10 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

During what I can only describe as the most difficult of house selling journeys. From start to finish they have been friendly, approachable, personable, contactable, reactive… the list could go on! I couldn’t have picked a better agent and words don’t do the level of service that they have provided justice…! Thank you in particular to Dan, Vicky, Sandra, Lauren and Zoe, you’ve all been amazing and if anyone asks me for an estate agent recommendation, it will be Maynard’s every time! Creightons really do go above and beyond and are always thinking out of the box to solve any issues. The team is super friendly with a one big family feel but a no nonsense approach when needed. Stop searching, Creightons is the one!
