29th May 2020 (6 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

Jennifer Catchpole handled our sale and she was just excellent along with all her collegues. Communication was excellent from the start and they made the whole process so much easier for us. Thank you ever so much for all your efforts we both really appreciate it.
26th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

Patrick Kavanagh couldn’t do enough to help and came across as a genuine ,friendly and trustworthy individual and a credit to his business and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any prospective buyer to get in contact and feel they are in good hands

They came and assessed the house, came up with a plan which they explained to us then booked a date to do the work. They were punctual, professional, efficient and very tidy in their work. I was very impressed with their service and would highly recommend them for any pest problems. I will also be using them again if needed in the future.

He was very knowledgeable on the property and made quick friends with our toddler who attended the viewing with us. We look forward to continuing to work with him in the future.
