29th May 2020 (6 years ago)I have used the services of Carter Jonas in both Cambridge and Suffolk. They have repeatedly delivered excellent professional service when the markets have been both buoyant and not. They go the extra mile and are incredibly accommodating. I only once used another agent who over promised and then under delivered. I changed to Carter Jonas again (they were very gracious) as a result I had a buyer within days of the instruction.

26th Jun 2026 (12 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

5th Sep 2026 (13 days ago)Called them and the office said they get someone to call me when he can come. He did and informed there was a cost £96 just to do a report which was not a lot and just gave us a phone number for someone else to deal with the problem.

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. James put me at ease from the start and guided me and my family through the whole process, I thought this was going to be difficult but James and the team made it very straight forward. I popped in just to see how things where going and was always made to feel more than welcome. What really impressed me that they didn't do a hard sell with constant follow up phone calls, it was a difficult time after mum's passing and James and his team was understanding and totally professional, can highly recommend

I’m a first time buyer who has requested to view a flat at Unicorn House 3 times, with no reply. I requested to view the property before it was reduced, nobody even acknowledged my request. Asked again TWICE after it was reduced last week and have heard NOTHING.<br><br>What’s the point of being an estate agent if you don’t respond to view requests???
4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.

22nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
