30th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I selected Flick&Son to deal with the sale of my late mothers house from a number of local estate agents as they were recommended and seemed to have the sort of local knowledge I wanted as we live some way away. This turned out to be a good choice as Matt, Sabrina, Richard and Henry all contributed to what turned out to be a long drawn out process with some disappointing twists and turns. Throughout it all I valued their collective support and advice, particularly when we were beginning to despair at ever completing the process. Sabrina was very reassuring and finally oversaw getting the whole thing over the line, many thanks Sabrina. I'm also particularly grateful to Matt who started the whole sale off and was very helpful in keeping an eye on the property when it was empty. I would recommend Flick&Son as they have that local knowledge and personal touch that I valued, not perfect but pretty good all the same.

As a first-time buyer, there were understandably lots of things I wasn’t familiar with, but he was incredibly friendly and approachable, very responsive and always keeping me updated, taking the time to explain things clearly whenever I had questions ????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at William H Brown, they’re very hands-on and proactive and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property!

They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. Had to follow up almost a week later with a phonecall to be told too many other people booked in for viewings, so would only be considered if none accepted after this time. Poor management and way to run a business!
