Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. 11th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Ours was a sale in a long chain, with many twists and turns. What started as a comparatively straightforward transaction, became very protracted for various unrelated reasons. Darcy, our agent, was extremely attentive and went out of her way to keep us fully informed about the good and, sometimes bad, news and updates. The branch manager, Brady, supported Darcy along the way and she in turn had to deliver occasional bits of 'bad' news of events down the chain. Hayden completed the team looking after us and all-in-all it was a group which we could trust, had our best interests at the forefront of events. Thank you all for getting us through the sale and another special mention to Darcy for being so thoughtful.
15th May 2025 (1 year ago)I found Brittons to be the better of the Estate Agents that we dealt with. The others we used were just number crunchers to make their figures look good on paper. Their communication from the start was far superior than all the others.

28th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.
23rd Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)We actually sold and bought a property through Longstaffs. The whole experience was excellent nothing was too much trouble. Calls were answered quickly and they got back to us if the person was unavailable at that moment. I think we had contact with most of the staff but Tracey was actually dealing with our sale and purchase and kept us informed and updated on all aspects. We can’t thank them enough for everything they did and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Musker McIntyre have been my lettings agents for over 10 years and I've had a great relationship with them, as my property over those years had no issues, this last year and a half I encountered many problems, with the help of Dawn and Grace, who had all manner of tradesmen on hand to help sort out and fix the many situations I had. They were quick on the phone , ready to assist and able to come up with solutions and to find a perfect new tenant as well. I couldn't had done this without them both and they continue to support me.

We found a member of the sales progression team to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unfortunately made the process/experience much more challenging. Contrary, Adam, the negotiator (salesperson) was brilliant from the first point of contact and he is the only reason this review isn’t rated a one star.

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. Their professionalism, dedication, communication and knowledge of the market really stood out. To have my house listed on 2nd September and receive an offer that I was happy to accept on 16th September — exactly two weeks later — is an amazing result, and it’s a real testament to how hard they worked to get the right outcome. They went above and beyond throughout the whole process, keeping everything moving and making what can be such a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I always felt that my sale was in safe hands. Thank you, Tilly and Lee, for all your hard work, commitment and outstanding service. 4th Aug 2024 (2 years ago)Property went "live" and we had 2 viewings within 24 hours. Our property sold the following day. Buyers had to wait 6 months to move as we had to wait for our new property to be completed. Progress updated to buyer on regular basis and sale went through generally without bother (a few usual bumps in the road with solicitors, etc) but all completed successfully.
