They drew up excellent brochure with good photos, regularly made it a featured property on websites, and dealt with all the viewings (there were many) in my absence but kept me fully informed with helpful feedback.

We felt that this personal approach, where genuine care was shown, made what can at times be a tiresome & daunting experience, become one of stability & assurance. They made sure we were updated every step of the way with the sale of the bungalow and provided some very useful local information. 6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)A few times they didn’t get back to me after a viewing which was annoying. They wanted me to drop the price as the market had gone quiet (Christmas time). I declined and when market picked up I sold my house just under asking price.

They were always available for viewings at any time for potential buyers and kept us updated on progress and always fed back in a timely manner Would recommend using Giggs if you have one in your area

Lisa in particular has always been on standby, sending texts, voice notes and making calls at any given moment. Nothing seemed to much trouble and there was always a friendly vibe, even when things were tough. It takes a special sort of someone to always be happy and friendly in a job like this, and Lisa fits the bill every time! Thank you for all you did for the sale & completion of my property. I highly appreciate her efforts to search home for me considering my daughter is about a year old without much struggling. Excellent cooperation all the time I have had an issue related to property.
