4th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)The Robert Leech Lingfield team are great, we recently bought a property via them in Dormansland; Christine and Mark helped every step of the way going above and beyond, managing the chain, managing the expectations of everyone when the chain was delayed. Kept us informed every step of they way and have fantastic local knowledge. Highly recommended
23rd Apr 2024 (9 days ago)AVOID!!! Please avoid using this company, I had nothing but issues with them when trying to rent a unit. The unit I was interested in had a window that had been put through and a dodgy door, I asked for this to be replaced before renting it which I was then rudely told I was being a nuisance and I should look elsewhere. The person who I spoke to was rude, aggressive and just out right nasty! They wouldn’t give their actual name as they obviously didn’t want to be found out but I do have their contact number. After raising a complaint about this individual nothing was ever actually done and it all fell silent. No one actually came back to me after weeks of me chasing for updates. Very unprofessional and would never recommend anyone to use them.

17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Unfortunately, they couldn't find a buyer for my stunning flat themselves and had to enlist an outside estate agent, and had me stump up extra money to help compensate them. So they got it done after the end of the contact term, but it cost me £thousands more. This was after they earlier had asked me to agree to halt showings as demanded by an earlier (lower) offer that I reluctantly accepted. That buyer ended up walking weeks later, wasting precious time that could have been spent finding a real buyer. Estate agents are not your friend. No matter how charming they appear before their engagement contract is signed, once you sign it, they revert to their true mercenary selves, pressuring you to accept offers well below the very valuation they provided, because their only loyalty is to earning their fee. Don't get fooled. Wish I never used this JDW office.
9th Nov 2023 (25 weeks ago)Dealt with Mark Waldron on the sale of our house in Riverhead. I would highly recommend both Mark and Knight Frank. Right from the initial valuation appointment, mark gave really solid advice on how to maximise the marketing of the house to achieve the best price in a reasonable timescale. This was in summer 2023 and a difficult market to sell in. Knight Frank got lots of interest in the house and had multiple offers. This was because we followed Marks pricing advice and they put together some really lovely photos, brochures and adverts. We did have issues with our first buyer, who messed us around. Mark spotted this quickly and he was replaced with another buyer within a week. Mark has supported us through the post sale process, always happy to help speak with buyers, solicitors and other agents. If you are serious about selling in Sevenoaks then I highly recommend you talk to Mark and his team at Knight Frank. Thank you
2nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

26th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I would thoroughly recommend Fraser at Eden Lettings as he went above and beyond for us and I truly believe it it wasnt for him we would have lost the bungalow Mum is now living in. He was always at the end of the phone or an email if we needed to talk to him and kept us informed of everything as soon as it happened.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
