Jamie and Dee have been amazing. Jamie has been a pleasure to deal with and has made so much effort in trying to find us the perfect home. He really listened to what we were actually looking for and really listened to our feedback, which isn't always the case at other estate agents. Dee was fabulous showing us around properties really relaxed and informative and gave you more than enough time to look around, never feeling rushed. Absolutely wonderful experience with Charters in Farnham. They have been brilliant when selling my property. All staff there are lovely and a joy to talk to. They take time to listen to you and don't put pressure on you at all. I love having my chats to Dee when I call in and couldn't reccomend them more. Really helped ease the stress of selling a property. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property through them please do, you won't regret it. I would give more stars if I could :)

We sold our property with Charters earlier this year and the whole experience was easy and positive. Like others, I wasn't looking forward to the process of selling and dealing with estate agents, especially as we had tenants involved aswell. Jonathan and his team handled all this professionally and proactively an wowith us, and our tenants, to get the house ready to market. It then sold quickly and I feel the team at Charters handled negotiations well. The process from there was faultless and smooth and I would definitely use them again.
