10th Sep 2018 (7 years ago)Do not rent from this company. After renting a high-end property in St Johns Wood, this firm has been a nightmare to deal with. From the start, the condition of the property was sub-par. Despite repeated requests for cosmetic repairs and promises to rectify, these went ignored, then once we moved, they have attempted to claim for items which are clearly visible in the check-in report pictures and the ones we had been asking to be repaired since the start of our tenancy, and at excessive prices. They are not responsive and despite moving out 3 months ago, we still have not received our security deposit back. I would highly recommend you rent from a more reputable and professional firm. Do not trust your money to this agency. We will never rent from them again.
16th Aug 2022 (3 years ago)Cannot recommend highly enough. To say Michael went above and beyond with what proved to be a more difficult sale would be an understatement. A consummate professional from start to finish he made the experience of selling our property as painless as possible in the circumstances and his communications were excellent. Would not hesitate to use again.
1st Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Real lack of transparency, always guessing what’s happening, I had to constantly email to find out information, not once did I have an email from them to me, the excuse I can’t give you information I don’t have and leave you hanging for ever untill they do is a very poor excuse, vetting of clients finances poor, the senior manager at Haart, should know the customer is key to there buisiness, I found the customer service from her to be poor, and felt a little intimidated into sticking with a client for 2 months knowing he couldn’t get a mortgage, and saying to me it’s not like you have a choice, you didn’t have any other offers so let’s just wait, it’s ultimately my decision if I have a choice or not, and it ended up being the biggest waste of my time, not even an apology, we’ll I’m sorry that’s just not good enough, so I ended my time with them and have now remarketed, I know there not responsible if a client can’t get a mortgage, but they are definitely responsible for clear transparency between themseves and there customer, which was clearly lacking, need to do better

21st Aug 2020 (5 years ago)We worked together just before and then into lock down / covid. A tricky time for all. But these guys were great and got my home sold. Viewings were safe, photos looked great and the marketing leaflets fabulous. My property is on a train-line (a put off for many) and so they briefed people before viewings so I didn’t have too much traffic which helped.

12th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Reccomend only for people who like to complain, for those who live life according steriotipical, conditioned life model 9-5, 5 days a week, drinking on Fridays, Saturdays having a hangover on Sundays, hating Mondays and watching TV every night. As this managing agent going always satisfy the complainant needs without trying understand and bring both parties for clear face to face communication. Yes I am writing this review because I am deeply upset with regards recent email from Eddie. As working from office gives him a very clear perception of what actually going on in a communal garden. Also I am going try to do my best to find my daughter's picture of her bruised leg after she tripped into a hole that had no cover in a communal garden at the beginning of our tenancy. Wishing for this agency to grow and develop new ways of communicating and bring people together rather than divide them in wrong and right. ???? P. S I just have a feeling that this agency just afraid of loosing false sense of control and are really based on fear. Plus I take full responsibility of the things kidos are doing in communal areas. ????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
