I had to urgently move apartments due to some safety issues. Jordan Walsh of Parkheath apartment helped me through the process. He was very patient, professional and responsive to my comments. He did a fantastic job! Once I decided on the property, it was very easy to sign up for the lease and the backend office people were also very customer focused. I cannot recommend Jordan and Parkheath enough especially as I am new to the UK and had a safety challenge in my previous apartment so needed to move quickly. These guys are just amazing!... 'Nick and I have done a number of deals together over the years in NW1/W1/Marylebone/Mayfair, in particular where I have valued properties for clients and informed Nick, after which he would immediately bring a client, before the property is advertised on the open market, who would transact on the property as Nick knew it was exactly what his client was looking for.
