Maintenance always dealt with swiftly and economically, Jenalyn has been my main contact, communication has been swift and tenancy issues have been dealt with decisively. Importantly they got a great price rental price!
17th Jan 2026 (7 days ago)This was my first time selling in the UK and I previously had listed my property with Dexters where they had failed to drum up much interest and had asked me to lowered my price 3 times within 4 months of listing. The property market is bad but Foxtons managed to provide decent traffic and feedbacks from viewers via their very useful portal. Dexters doesn't provide much value as I basically get a weekly phone update which wasn't very informative nor useful. I was lucky to have Mars as my first contact where he got my property listed swiftly and took the initiative to ensure all the photos were of good quality for the listing. He had kindly put me with Dominic and Camella due his paternity leave, which again they were amazing during the whole sales process and ensure I was notified on updates so I can act quickly to facilitate the sale. Everyone was super professional, efficient and proactive where as a seller you appreciate as the buyer may get cold feet on the purchase.

I bought my flat through KFH 20years ago. Since 2011 they have been letting and managing my flat. They have been trustworthy, efficient and courteous throughout. Special mention to Visar who has been fantastic with our recent change in tenancy!

The sale wasn’t simple and took a long time however Miles was calm, helpful, and ensured the communication between myself and the buyer were there. She's been great - she showed me some good properties which matched my criteria and was knowledgeable on the details of each. She was professional and friendly throughout the search. She was then incredibly helpful when it came to making and offer and guiding me through the offer and rental process (particularly in assisting with the reference agency when an error arose). Would highly recommend Foxtons and Lydia to anyone looking going forward!

12th Nov 2025 (10 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.

12th Jan 2026 (12 days ago)Hunters did nothing other than agree to share the listing with another agent who found a buyer. Hunters arranged ZERO viewings OVERVALUED our property and were completely useless to be honest. Thank god for Mile estates who found our buyer. They were great.

7th Jan 2026 (17 days ago)We instructed Paul (a founding partner at Moveli) to sell our property in South West London. We were sold on the promise of a personalised, bespoke service that high-street agents couldn't match. In reality, the experience was the complete opposite. ?We constantly had to chase Paul for updates; it felt like we were project managing him rather than the other way around. He was difficult to contact and, concerningly, often seemed to be acting in the interest of our buyers rather than us, his clients. ?In the UK market, sales progression is vital, and this is where the service failed completely. The buyers pulled out two weeks before Christmas without warning. We suspect they were having similar communication issues, and we were shocked that Paul had absolutely no finger on the pulse to see this coming. This eventually caused our chain to collapse and our sellers to withdraw, leaving us out of pocket and having to start the sale and purchase process all over again. ?I strongly advise SW London sellers to avoid! RESPONSE TO MOVELI'S REPLY BELOW: Moveli’s response to this review actually highlights exactly why our experience was so poor. Regarding the timeline: We did lose an onward purchase 3 months into the process. At the time, Paul explicitly assured us that our buyers did not have an issue with this and were happy to continue with the purchase. If they were actually "concerned" as you now claim, Paul failed to communicate this to us or manage expectations. Regarding "access issues": Your reply mentions "delays and difficulties around access." This is the first we are hearing of this. We were never informed of any access issues during the sale. If these issues existed and were annoying the buyers, why did Paul not tell us? The fact that I am finding out about "access issues" and buyer dissatisfaction via a Google Review reply, months later, rather than from my agent during the sale, further reinforces the issues and communication failures I mentioned above.

20th Jan 2026 (4 days ago)Lovely agents to work with, fast friendly and clear communication- 16th Jan 2026 (8 days ago)This is one of the worst customer experiences we had moving into our new apartment. The day we had agreed to move in as per our agreement the flat had not been cleaned since the previous tenant, repairs had not been made where needed and we could not reach our agent to get the keys which also were unavailable to us. In addition to this the street the apartment is located was closed due to a football match, imperative information for new tenants on move in day. We had paid for mover's and car rentals to get our belongings into the property which all had to be re-scheduled and resulted in us paying more than double to re-arrange. No one at the office was able to help us. We eventually accessed the property to find there were so many issues, left over rubbish by the previous tenant, the end of tenancy clean, was surface level at best. We have tried repeatedly to contact and receive compensation for what was a truly horrendous experience. Avoid this office if you can, no one takes any responsibility and just passes blame off to another employee.
