16th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Chestertons were great selling our flat near Caledonian Road. They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.
22nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.
10th Feb 2025 (11 weeks ago)I had a 3 year tenancy agreement (on a rolling basis) with Rochester Place, for property in Kentish Town and they have been very helpful from the beginning to the end. It is a very friendly professional team who would go out of their way to support their tenants. I remember, even on a weekend evening when a new tenant on the top floor had an issue with Key someone came to help. All issues were dealt with reasonably well and fast coordinating between landlords and maintenance teams. There wad hassel with my deposit return and even todate I still include Rochester place as my rental reference and they have been always supportive. From many of my friends I heard lots of negative feedback on London rental market, yet Rochester Place is one of those exception with their excellent service.
7th Feb 2025 (12 weeks ago)I can’t recommend Hastings enough if you’re looking for a flat to rent in London. Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

I find them to be very professional and would happily use them again.- 14th Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Despite there are ups and downs during the process, their staff Jake is very helpful, and helped us secure a place.
