So far the only person (in London) in a high volume client business who actually listens to your needs without selling but providing service. If you need to rent a property in the area, you will do yourself a disservice by not asking to engage with Billy.

I had an extremely negative and unprofessional experience, where KFH was acting as an agent for a landlord. They accepted an offer, took a deposit, and then gave the flat to someone else before referencing -- WITHOUT returning the deposit. It's been over two weeks, and I don't have my deposit returned and they refuse to provide any documentation showing any type of refund. This was a waste of my time, money, and my agent's time. Exceptionally unprofessional. Beware.
23rd Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Raphael was absolutely brilliant. We had a very tight deadline by which to get our house under offer and he got us a great offer by the deadline. He kept us updated throughout the process and he was really pleasant to our small children, making them at ease when there were so many people looking round the house. He did a great job and we are so grateful to him.

I spent over half an hour standing at the property, completely ignored, with no one even bothering to open the door. The agent was nowhere to be seen—no guidance, no support, nothing for a potential tenant eager to view the property. What a colossal waste of time! And then, when all is said and done, all I got was a feeble "I do apologize." Seriously? Your apology is worthless at this point. A word of advice to anyone looking in London: steer clear of Jack Barclay Estates unless you want your time utterly wasted by the "best" renting company. Utterly disgraceful!
