The lovely people at Hamptons Islington have provided me with two sets of hassle-free tenants, both giving an excellent rental return.
Their enthusiasm & knowledge of the local & international market is invaluable in securing the right people into your property, they have contact with relocation agents & overseas clients that guarantee above expectation results.
When the time came to sell my property, Hamptons sales did an excellent job in realising a superb price for my flat.
I would not hesitate to recommend Hamptons Islington as agents for your property.
We first tried to let our house in De Beauvoir Town with another agent and failed miserably. Hamptons were our second choice but the contrast couldn't have been greater.
Everything they have done has been outstandingly professional. For instance, they always respond within hours to any concerns we might have.
Most important of all, within weeks they found us the ideal tenant.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them to other landlords looking for an agent.
Chesterton Humberts in Islington are great. Finding a flat was quick and painless. I am still in the flat Chesterton Humberts estate agents found for me, however, I am looking into another property because I considering moving to a bigger flat. If I do, I will most certainly use Chesterton Humberts!
I found the staff very helpful and informative. The whole process was dealt professionally. Good experience!
Absolutely AVOID. I dare to say, This company is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It is a complete SCAM. I posted this comment here as I feel obliged to help people from being scammed by them.
Here is why and evidence: 1. They deliver hazardous flats for tenants, which has black molds everywhere in the flat, which causes lung infections; 2. They refused to return deposit while the flat was hazardous to live, all the way until the last moment that we were going to sue them as tenants, with the solid written proof that it was hazardous to live. 3. When we said we were going to sue them, the staff literally laughed and said, it is not our first time being sued, and we are not afraid. How hilarious! 4. They delayed the move in date by 1 whole month stated by the contract, resulting in all of the tenants having to spend hugely on temporary living while waiting, and they provided 0 compensation; 5. The staff did NOT reply to any emails, or calls when there were issues; even if you go to their office, the staff refused to see you or talk to you or provide any solutions. They literally kicked me and other tenants out of their office.
Overall, be very careful with the other positive and generic reviews of this company online, as this company truly, is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my whole life. Check more of their reviews on Yelp. I can imagine they must have spent hugely on fake marketing reviews. Researching and finding agents that are responsible and reliable is important.
I found the staff very helpful and informative. The whole process was dealt professionally. Good experience! I definitely recommend Victorstone.
Avoid at all costs. We have had major problems with house which were repeatedly ignored by Victorstone. Rude, unhelpful staff who continually fobbed us off with promises to 'phone back later' and ignored our emails. Deposit is yet to be returned despite legal requirements for this to be repaid within 10 days. I would bet money that these good reviews are fakes: these estate agents more like con artists.
I have been so pleasantly surprised by the Islington team here, especially Miriam and Karen, both of whom have gone out of their way to provide a truly exceptional and professional service. They are always so helpful, accommodating and always with a smile. Thank you
Dexters in Islington was a pleasure to deal with. Moving to London from another country presented a lot of differences in renting a home, but Dexters made the transition as smooth as possible. I highly recommend. Very professional, and helpful in more ways than one. Henry Liu delivered on all fronts, be sure to seek him out.
