The staff was always arranging viewings last minute and asking us to do the viewings twice on a late Saturday afternoon nas Sunday evening. There waa no mobile contact number to call easily. There was no extra effort to try amd sell the house beyond routine advertising. Once I withdrew the house from the market the manager who was calling me every daybto put the hous on the market did not even call or email me back personally. Just got a generic email from their parent company. Felt the whole approach was very impersonal.We know from other agents that our road is sought after and they get queries.. But Bairstowe did not seem to have much idea about what made our house and street an attractive prospect.... Read more
