It's a family-run business and you can tell they take real professional pride in what they do.<br><br>Customer service has been excellent from start to finish — very hands-on, very responsive to any query, and I was kept informed at every stage. Owen in particular always goes the extra mile and I really appreciate it.<br><br>Positive, practical and proactive. A genuinely professional service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.
12th Sep 2026 (6 days ago)I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Scott during a property viewing. Unfortunately, I found his manner to be quite patronising, dismissive and, at times, rude.<br><br>At the beginning of the viewing, I attempted to shake his hand but was completely ignored. While inside the property, I tried multiple times to speak to him and ask questions, but he would frequently walk away while I was speaking or respond in a very passive-aggressive and dismissive manner.<br><br>The overall interaction made me feel as though my questions and presence were an inconvenience rather than that I was a prospective buyer genuinely interested in the property. I found the way I was spoken to unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional.<br><br>I was genuinely disappointed with the experience, particularly as a property viewing should be an opportunity for prospective buyers to ask questions and feel comfortable engaging with the agent. Unfortunately, this was not the experience I received.

As well as advising us on marketing, pricing and finding a buyer, Dea also played a vital role as conduit between us, the buyer and our legal teams, which kept things moving and helped take a lot of the stress out of the process.

She was unbelievably helpful and very kind. Even drove my family to the first viewing. If I ever need to find somewhere to live in stratford again I would go straight to Manuela.

I'm so glad to have chosen them to sell my house. They offered the best fees out of other agents I considered. Their valuation of the property was very realistic which result in many asking price offers. The sales lead for my property was Fahim. A very attentive, polite and professional guy. He did an excellent job in vetting the potential buyers and provide the best options to me. He was very active on keeping me updated and provided feedbacks. Also, shout-out to Shaz for overseeing the whole process and making sure evrything is inline for a smooth completion.

Outstanding Service from Kings Group Walthamstow<br><br>I honestly cannot recommend Kings Group Walthamstow, and especially Dan, highly enough.<br><br>Selling my parents’ property was an extremely difficult and emotional process, with a number of challenging circumstances along the way. From the very beginning, Dan went above and beyond to support us and guide us through the whole process.<br><br>His communication was absolutely excellent. He kept us informed, was always available when we needed him, and never made us feel like we were being a nuisance, no matter how many questions or concerns we had. When things became particularly difficult, Dan remained calm, professional and incredibly supportive.<br><br>What really stood out was that he genuinely cared about getting the best possible outcome for us. He went far beyond what I would have expected from an estate agent and made a very stressful situation so much easier to manage.<br><br>We are extremely grateful to Dan for everything he did for us. Communication was clear and consistent, everything was explained properly, and the whole process was handled smoothly from start to finish.<br><br>They found suitable tenants in a very short time, and all the paperwork and arrangements were handled professionally and efficiently.
