9th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

21st May 2026 (11 weeks ago)I couldn’t fault either of the agents that have helped me, Danni was amazing from the get go, at the viewing she made me feel at ease instantly, she listened to my needs and has helped me every step of the way, I couldn’t fault her and I feel it wouldn’t of gone so smoothly if it wasn’t for her, when Danni was unavailable Jess help me who in turn was amazing too, I really appreciate everything that has been done for me and my daughter, I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a property to speak to Danni, thank you guys you have been fantastic.

The staff have been really approachable in helping us find the right home and have been so quick to respond and relay messages throughout the purchase process. This has made the process much smoother and helped us get the move date we hoped for. I highly recommend using Pygott and Crone

The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

He’s incredibly attentive, proactive, and genuinely cares about doing a good job. The whole experience has felt personal rather than transactional, which makes a huge difference. We never feel like we have to chase for updates—Chris is always on the ball, keeping us informed and reassured throughout. We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.

Benningtons, Stuart and Laura, are concise, emphatic and genuinely know the local market. Thorough and precise communication throughout, total honesty and transparency. The process of finding somewhere to rent with Connells was exactly what you would hope for when you find yourself in such an urgent and stressful position.<br><br>James was helpful, friendly and swift when it came to arranging a viewing, seeing it, and making a decision on the property. Then the administrative side after was exactly the same experience from both James and Lottie, having it all sorted within 24 hours.<br><br>We'll absolutely be recommending and going to Connells again in future.
