I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. 9th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service
19th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

They did a cracking job helping us sell our house and even helped us out with the purchase side of things which we werent expecting. Cant fault them at all they kept us in the loop all the way through which made a massive difference, buying and selling is stressful enough as it is! Really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. If we ever move again we'll definitely be going back to them. Cheers guys, would highly recommend.

Benningtons, Stuart and Laura, are concise, emphatic and genuinely know the local market. Thorough and precise communication throughout, total honesty and transparency. 11th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I can not praise James from Connells Grantham enough, from the first meet and viewings through a challenging process to rent a property he was faultless. Nothing was too much, he gave his all and helped and updated me constantly. I am so very grateful for everything he did and the support I got before during & after I got my tenancy agreement. I had dealing with a couple of others at Connells and they too were amazing. Thank you James for everything, I highly recommend Connells.
