No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

After a long time searching and viewing properties, Shari really took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and ultimately helped us find our dream home.<br><br>From finding the property through to guiding us along the process, she was always incredibly helpful, responsive and reassuring. We really felt that we could trust her advice, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be quite a stressful process.<br><br>Shari, Daisy, James and the whole team have been exceptionally professional, trustworthy and discreet throughout, while still being genuinely lovely to deal with.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we’ve received and would highly recommend Shari and the Jackson-Stops Alderley Edge team. Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

What a lady, from the moment I spoke to her, to the constant kind updates and down to completion, she has been amazing.<br>I felt like I knew her and was lovely to hear off her everytime.<br>Thank you Cathy for making the experience so warm and friendly. You are a credit to Bridgfords and I’m so thankful I was able to cross paths with you :) LJ x
