10th Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)I lived in a property "managed" by Rob and his team. Rob and his team can be kind & lovely people. I know there are reason for slow action, which happens all too often. They will take the landlords side on issues.<br>I also think it's a case of someone stepping back after all these years and letting someone else step up (if you get my drift) they are ok, but if your talking about the money that property involves, I would have to really think long and hard to use them

29th Oct 2015 (11 years ago)Prestige probably has been the best estate agent I've ever dealt with when renting! Stayed in a lovely Twickenham apartment until unfortunately the owner sold it. Tina, Sandra, Rick and Diane were all so friendly and attentive to any minor problem we had in the flat and was refreshing with dealing with such friendly, trustworthy and attentive estate agents :)

They help with things like checking you receive all the benefits you are entitled to ,sorting rent related worries ????????? Explaining debt options and pointing you toward local warm place I am leaving there and feel very safe and comfortable Any issues with household i just sent a message and everything solved I am very lucky that I finally find accommodation like i am leaving ????????????????????????????????????

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
