Poor service, very disappointed. They got our address and rents wrong in the tenancy agreement, luckily we spotted this but this is so unprofessional! Everytime we have questions, they have never replied on time, and even when they did they were in a very reluctant manner. This become worse after signing the agreement. It was a very emotional time for me because as executor I was selling my recently deceased mother’s house. I relied on Knights Residential advice on getting her house ready for sale and the kind of selling price we could expect to achieve.
