16th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Chestertons were great selling our flat near Caledonian Road. They were direct and upfront about how to price it and the strategy for getting serious buyers in for viewings. Their team flooded the flat with people, leading to several serious offers, some in excess of asking price. When things became challenging during a long chain process, Roberto was incredibly supportive, working very hard to reassure people on both sides of the chain and keep things moving. They were direct, clear and did what they said they would do - would recommend.

The communication was concise and clear at all times and we felt they really worked hard to get as many viewings as possible to enhance the chances of a sale. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you!
22nd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)Even though Sadaf and her manager, Jamal (from Foxtons Camden), did a good job in helping us find a flat, Foxtons should be more cautious in selecting landlords and their agents and in helping active tenants. We have been having a lot of problems with Citidwell and the landlord Samut Limited. I really don’t recommend a tenancy with those companies. I believe Foxtons is able to find better landlords and agents as commercial partners.

Our lettings agent Duncan went above and beyond to get us in for viewings and secure our flat. Duncan and the team were super responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had which made for a really smooth process!

First as a landlord, they managed my flat - made sure I got good tenants, managed all the billing and always solved issues on time. As a result, the flat was always in great condition. Their lettings team are nice hardworking professionals. Then Circa helped me sell my flat in a very difficult economic environment and with a ground rental lease which was difficult to navigate. Ashley and the sales team involved proved patience, resilience and great client engagement especially from James proved to be crucial for a successful sale.
