27th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)We used D&G, in our case Paul Gunn, to find and rent the property first and for the regular maintenance and issues during our stay. Service was professional and very good, no surprises and all very clear allowing us to start our rental with no problems and quite easily and maintenance when we had some minor issues, including a minor leak, has always been very fast and efficient, often mere hours away. End of tenancy was swift and effortless too, with the deposit returned with no issues in a few days. Highly recommended.

Having been convinced that we would go with a big local name, instead when Simon Stone came to complete a valuation our choice was made. Simon’s very real enthusiasm for properties outside the norm is tangible and he really convinced us he could sell the lifestyle that came with our property rather than just the size. I’m so glad we did go with Simon. He secured an offer really rather quickly and then passed us over to the wonderful Hannah to handle the sale. Hannah worked wonders in a sale affected by one of the chain being hospitalised with Covid-19. She kept pushing everything through and we completed by Christmas. So, we cannot recommend Unique enough. If your home is a little different from the average they have the insight to really market it as you would want and the tenacity to push a sale through in difficult circumstances.

6th Sep 2022 (3 years ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.

We have had many encounters with different agencies but what truly set them apart was their unwavering commitment, especially during what turned out to be a particularly complicated sale in which our selling agent was not helpful at all but the good neighborhood stepped in to save the chain. They were consistently proactive, offering guidance, reassurance, and practical solutions at every stage. Their determination ensured that nothing slipped through the cracks and beyond their professionalism, they were a pleasure to work with. Very friendly and approachable.
