Furthermore, they helped me find a surveyor, which was very useful. 13th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

The relatively informal arrangements generated a lively Q and A session and a glass of wine was also very welcome. Looking forward to the next Landlord Lounge.
20th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I am disappointed with the communication from the current property manager, Kennedy, as I have had no communication from him. I have been trying to reach him since December. I was advised to send emails, which I did, and I have also called during the week, but he never seems to be available or in the office, I left my details multiple times so Kennedy can contact me, but he keeps ignoring them. On the other hand, Lynsey has been a lifesaver. She is very professional, empathetic, and always does her best to resolve issues. She handled my window problem, which was urgent as it remained open during the coldest months, and also supported with the consequences of that issue, such as mould. It is now the end of March, and I am still trying to contact Kennedy regarding a parking space, which is the only matter Lynsey is unable to assist with. I have a newborn, and parking on my road is extremely difficult, making this situation even more challenging.

The team were friendly, professional, and always supportive throughout what turned out to be a challenging process. While it took us some time to find the right property, Aston Rowe stayed persistent and kept everything moving. When we finally found our dream home, they acted quickly to secure us buyers at just the right time. A special mention to Harry, who was always available on the phone and incredibly helpful throughout. Really grateful for their hard work and would definitely recommend.
